The oak is of really good quality and so is the finish. Their UV lackered floors can most likely withstand a lot of heavy usages.

The price was very competitive (at the time) and the sales team were nice and helpful.

I traveled 2 hours to visit the Nexus Flooring showroom after a google search brought up their great reviews....it was 2 hours well spent! There was so much to choose from and the guys in the shop were very helpful. The engineered brushed oiled finish looks amazing throughout our open plan kitchen/living room and has really been put through it's paces as it was installed before the new kitchen was. There are a few minor scratches which is not surprising after seeing what was dragged across it, but where it really surpassed expectations in terms of durability, is where the kitchen fitter dropped a bottle of scented diffuser oil all over it without leaving a mark at all.

I love how each board tries to replicate a real timber floor, although if I was to be super critical there are a few black streaks that looks a bit artificial. Unfortunately, one of those pieces was installed right by the from door! I've still given it 5 stars as the sample we were given did show the black streak.

The underlay provided has done wonders in making the floor really quiet to walk on. Overall great quality product, great service and great price!

I went to Nexus thinking i would get expert advice, a better quality of product and a better customer service than many of the online wood floor suppliers. How wrong i was. I was completely mis-sold flooring on the advice of a Nexus sales rep, it is poor quality and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

They do not care what your criteria is (i have two kids under 3 so my only criteria was that it does not stain) All Nexus care about is taking your money. My flooring a year on looks terrible and needs completely replacing. I was mis-sold (expensive) flooring that i was told (multiple times) would be hard wearing and wipeable, it is not - this flooring looked terrible within a COUPLE OF WEEKS of installation.

I was informed that the staining was, "my maintenance issue". I was sold the product based on the advice that this flooring would NOT stain, not would not stain as long as i followed two toddlers around at all times with a cloth. I have carried out a patch test, and water marks after 30 mins & food with any type of butter / oily residue IMMEDIATELY. Kids drop food.

We were NOT ADVISED that there would be a maintenance issue we SIMPLY asked several times which flooring would best suit our family and NOT stain at all (as per our previous treated wooden floor which was completely wipeable). In fact this was our ONLY CRITERIA.

We then returned our excess flooring (6 boxes, £600) & I had to fight and chase for my 50 % refund because we were a mere two days over the return policy despite it being a ”best seller” - so now i have a floor not fit for purpose and I'm down an extra £300. They stated that in line with their refund policy i would be refunded within 14 days, after chasing, it was finally reluctantly refunded after one a month.

A year later...the floor needs replacing and i will be purchasing a new flooring (NOT FROM NEXUS) so please save yourself the money / hassle and do not entertain dealing with NEXUS

Update: Thank you for your reply. I’m afraid it sums up your customer service & why EVERYONE SHOULD AVOID NEXUS. To reiterate I was MISSOLD this flooring based on poor advice. The floor shouldn’t have wear and tear after 1 WEEK. At no point when I asked did it stain was the answer “yes” And I do not have the wrong company. I went into your shop personally on Boston road, Hanwell & placed the order. I received my order this time last year and it’s only now that I’m writing a review as my floor after 12 months looks terrible and I’m getting quotes for repair / replacing it & it started to look like this after two weeks. Emails were going back and forth between us from 29/09/18. You should be ashamed of your products and your customer service. AVOID.

I was extremely happy with the Nexus Flooring service. Good customer service, quick delivery and the most important I love my floor.

The quality of the product is superb better than all the wood flooring I have looked at very good customer service with rapid delivery I would certainly recommend them is you are looking for wood flooring

We shopped around extensively prior to choosing Nexus Flooring. Their choices were competitively priced compared to even online-only choices.

We purchased roughly 40m/2 of brushed oil oak engineered wooden flooring and we’re extremely happy with the product / look.

Samples were available to satisfy us that we were choosing the right finish from the various options. Delivery was free and prompt too.

A great service provided. I knew which engineered wood flooring I wanted and it was on display in the showroom, which was a great help. Staff friendly and efficient. My order arrived quickly and was exactly in the condition you'd expect and want.

I can highly recommend.

Had the utter misfortune to have to deal with this business. Bought some Nexus flooring from a supplier but wasn't enough. Thought i would go direct to Nexus to supply the remainder, in hindsight i should have spoke to a Fishmonger(they would know more about engineered wood flooring). Supplied everything to Nexus they asked for in order for them to match. Needless to say the flooring that turned up was not a match,not even close( even after supplying photos of their OWN labels).
Refused to accept it was their fault and then would not refund me after sending back flooring at my own expense! Had to threaten them with court, finally refunded minus a restocking fee!
Life is too short, if you need flooring go Anywhere but this place.

Flooring is in Nexus packaging, coffee stained oak was sent, not even close. I stand by everything i have said. If you want engineered oak flooring , find a fishmonger, they will know more about it than Team Nexus🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟

Having made the decision late on the requisite colour the staff were exceptionally helpful with taking the order expediting delivery, none least when panicking I was half a pack short but one phone call and they got one delivered next day. The quality is fantastic and looks absolutely amazing. I cannot thank the team at Nexus enough, thank you and Merry Xmas

Great service and excellent on time delivery. Flooring now completed a few weeks ago and looks great. We are now considering the same flooring in our dining room.

We were hugely disappoint by the quality of the flooring from Nexus & paid over £45 per meter for engineered wood from them; l feel we were absolutely robbed! It’s very poor quality, damages way too easily; as an example, l dropped one small can of tuna, the standard you get from a shop, the other day & it left a dent on the floor!! Any slight bump causes deep damage, not just a scratch & we have now banned shoes from our house entirely because we are so wary of damage to our floor. How ridiculous is that! We complanied & were ignored & fobbed off. We totally regret buying from this company & hope this helps to prevent others from ending up with really poor quality floor & the problems we have🙁

Great flooring that looks fabulous in our flat. Quality of the floor is what drew us to Nexus. Only thing taking to four not five stars is that communication wasn't always totally straightforward. Fitting was efficient and neat, plus they were always on time to measure and lay the floor.

I had engineered wood flooring delivered and fitted at my property in Hanwell, Ealing. Good price and really excellent fitting service. The two guys who fitted my floor were superb. Very professional, caring and accommodating. Romanian & Kosovan gentleman from memory. Very efficient. Why the hell are we leaving the EU?
I would recommend Nexus Flooring unreservedly.

The Product is ok but you can get the same sort of stuff elsewhere and you have to spend a large amount to get free delivery. even if you have spent that large amount when you find you need a little more they want to charge you a whacking £38 for delivery and credit cards are charged at a percentage extra which I thought the government was making illegal. Also the free underlay is barely fit for purpose partiicularly if your floor is not brand new, then they want to charge you a whacking £6 per sq metre for thicker underlay when you can easily get the same thing for £4.50. I would never ever buy stuff from these people again.

Staff in store very helpful when choosing wooden flooring. Order arrived on day requested and very happy with team that payed our flooring. Definitely would recommend Nexus.
