Small issues with incorrect products delivered were dealt with promptly - always someone there to answer the phone and so top service awarded for communications - would recommend.

I was really impressed by staff professionalism when I visited the shop. The team at Nexus Flooring provided an impartial advice and I am extremely satisfied by the overall experience. Highly recommended local business where you can meet genuine people who are willing to go above and beyond. Have already revisited for additional flooring.

If there was an Option for zero stars that’s would I would have awarded. Absolutely terrible firm, customer service is actually a joke. Stay well clear from this company. Spend your money elsewhere.

Probably my worst ever consumer experience. I ordered some herringbone flooring with Nexus. The price was over the odds but I struggled to get the size 280mm I wanted elsewhere. They sent a sample and I ordered £700 worth of flooring. It arrived and I set it in the room to acclimatise as recommended. The fitters came to fit and it was 300mm rather than 280mm. i rang them up to exchange and was told it was outside the 14 days returns period. On the phone i was told "its only 20mm" and "we don't have the raw materials to make the one i ordered" to exchange. They admitted they had mis-sold me the right flooring but refused to exchange or refund. Safe to say they have broken every consumer right in the book and i am taking them to the small claims court. Do not use at all cost. Complete fraudsters!

In response to your comment you have admitted you sent out the wrong product and under trading standards if a product is sent not as described then the buyer has one year and 14 days to return the product. It was your mistake and the fact you won't refund or swap shows terrible customer service.

This is to confirm that the team who fit my flooring did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them.
They went over and above what was expected and made all the wiring safe,
They were very friendly and left the place spotless.

Tried to pay for flooring over the phone using credit card.
Got a phone call saying payment refused due to mismatch of address, so I asked them to try again as the address was correct.
They said they couldn’t do this, so I asked them to cancel the transaction which they said they would do.
I then phoned the credit card company to find that both transactions had been approved, and that I have to wait until the money is taken out of my credit card account in order to lodge a dispute. I phoned Nexus with this information at which point they said to go ahead and contact a solicitor!
Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY- this is potentially fraudulant activity. I am now potentially £6K out of pocket.
Update- Sat 13th
I was charged twice on Thursday (contrary to company comments- As I said I have 2 confirmation numbers of the transactions which shows that the addresses DO match and the transactions are valid). I still have £5k of pending transactions on my CC statement meaning I have no credit limit left for purchases. Nexus is either lying deliberately about this or they are just don’t understand their own accounts system. Once again I would advise others to go elsewhere.

We ordered engineered wood in a light whitewash finish after selecting from a sample we ordered online. We were contacted numerous times by nexus despite advising that we had already placed an order. We had enough planks left over to complete half of another room so we ordered a few more boxes to finish the remaining area. We had pulled up the floor and paid for someone to lay when we were halfway through laying the floor we noticed the new packs were a completely different wood and colour they were dark wood which had been(badly) painted in white paint to appear white washed. The planks were chipped and all of the white paint was scratched & when rubbed was a dark wood that looked nothing like the original boxes we ordered. We called nexus and they said that the product was made on site and had been waxed. it was definitely painted and not wax. He then said that this was out of stock as they were unable to get any from the supplier. I said that they were still selling it online and looked like the product was still available although this had increased in price by over £45k per pack. I explained that we had paid a floor fitter to lay the floor, had ripped up our floor, and had also paid over £60 for delivery in addition to the extra cost of the (useless) boxes.
They did arrange to pick this up after a few calls which took some time and we were left having to wait in the house for two days. We are left with a half-laid floor and are unable to finish it because they dont have it.
They are still advertising the product which supposedly doesn't exist but it's now increased again in price. they also trade under two company names.
Very bad experience would not use again.

Just had a new grey engineered oak floor from Nexus. From ordering to laying only took 11 days. Two installers did it all in 10 hours. Excellent job.Would heartedly recommend.

This is the second time we have used Nexus for our homes and can highly recommend them. They are very professional, supply really good quality wood flooring and are very helpful and accommodating around deliveries. And, most importantly, they are very competitive! well done

Although the product is ok, the customer service is somewhat strange. Number of emails with bad use of English/grammar received, paying of wood and delivery by two different methods. Order arrived damaged and reported but no concerns from the firm received. Then when I try to order more, I have to use a different method of payment from the first and quoted a different delivery price. Would say it’s bad, just not that good in my opinion

i had already purchased some oak flooring from Nexus Flooring but decided to extend the job by going from the living room into the passage but did not have enough to complete the job. i rang Nexus on Wednesday afternoon , ordered & paid for what I needed & was advised that I probably would not receive it before Monday. it was here today ( friday ) Excellent product & excellent service .

Highly recommended, I had my living room and dining room done. The job was done faster then expected which was pleasing. And the quality of the work is a 10 out of 10. Thanks to Nexus

Engineered wooden flooring from a helpful supplier.
I have used Nexus Flooring twice this year. Despite all the coronavirus problems I found they were able to give me helpful advice over the phone and even supplied me with samples.
All deliveries were made free of charge and included free underlay. The flooring was of high standard and I am very happy with how it looks. If you are looking for a new wooden floor and intend to use engineered wood you will find it difficult to find a better supplier.

Recently purchased “Engineered Oak” Click flooring and I have to say we are delighted. Have purchased before from Nexus and would not now consider any others. Ordered 20 SqM and not a bad plank amongst them... real quality, easy to lay and overall look is superb. I would definitely recommend all thanks to Nexus who made the whole experience hassle free - even with a 200 mile delivery... brilliant.

excellent flooring top quality and excellent service

Searched everywhere to get a match for our real oak wood flooring in size and colouring. Finally found it on this site. We got a sample sent out in 24 hours which fitted the bill. Followed that up with an order. Excellent on-line service.

Really happy with the product for the price. Only place we could get engineered oak for £25pm^2. Ended up doing an extra small room to push our order above 1k for free delivery and underlay. Originally didn't supply enough underlay but 1 email and they popped the extra in the post, arrived next day.
Website ordering didn't work but calling wasn't much hassle given the savings.
