Zero Customer Service
I ordered a personalised neon for our wedding back in 2020. I was VERY specific about the length of lead required as we were hanging it from a tall frame for our wedding.
Sadly, the lead was too short when it arrived which was so disappointing with the amount of money we paid for it. After a lot of arguing, Sammy eventually agreed to rectify the issue, and sent an extension lead which was black and not clear like the rest, so hardly going to be discreet for the wedding.
Fast forward 2 x wedding postponements, stupid old me had only just got everything out the box again about a month ago ahead of our wedding next week to check it all works. The extension lead isn't even compatible and doesn't fit.
I emailed Sammy, who sent me a link to Ebay to BUY an extension lead. I replied to say that I am happy to post back the wrong extension, but as the short lead was their error, they should replace it. And surprise surprise as per everyone else's review, Sammy is now ignoring my emails. I've tried to call, and no answer.
I am having to buy a white lead as they don't sell clear, at my expense. Wish I'd gone with the Etsy seller who Sammy persuaded me not to go with.
DON'T BOTHER with Neon Poodle, they don't listen to your spec to start with and customer service non existent after. Plenty of other smaller businesses who would value your business more.
Funny you can't leave reviews on their Facebook too!
UPDATE - Now changed review to 1 star following the below correspondance, as what a coincidence, my review has finally got a response from Sammy. This is it- buyers you have been warned, this is the type of service you get from the company, and I’ll continue to share as long as Sammy keeps hurling abuse at me, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE:

If the cable just costs £5, then you should have taken a hit on this to keep a customer happy. That's all it would have taken. I even offered to send the original cable back. Can I add, this was to rectify YOUR error of sending out the wrong cable, following the first error that YOU made with the cable bring too short.
You're rude and obnoxious and the follow up to my review, privately, is disgusting. You need some training in customer service, and it's not a surprise that the only reason I got a response was via a review.

I ordered a small neon sign that was in stock a month ago. I have contacted Sammy a dozen times and have had one response to say that there was a problem with the courier? I was told I was receive it this week. It’s Friday. No item and I’ve tried contacting Sammy again and still no response. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I will be taking this further if I do not receive my item next week.

Dishonest and left me feeling robbed.
I'm sorry to say, Neon Poodle and Sammy should be avoided. Sammy initially came across as a great guy, helpful and quick to respond. However after I'd paid my £500 for the neon sign I received the item snapped in two. I reached out to him to ask if he could send a replacement and although Sammy initially responded saying he would he then went into hiding, ignoring my 5 or 6 emails that I sent him over the next 6 months. I'm sorry to say, there are other more hardworking and honest people out there who deserve your money more than Sammy and Neon Poodle. I'd avoid and take comfort in dealing with someone who understands customer care and the longer term picture.
Ordered over a month ago and have received nothing but radio silence.
Order reference #2028. I’m not sure I’ll be purchasing from them again or recommending as the customer service is (so far) non-existent. I have never felt the need to write a bad review before.
-Ordered a neon filament bulb on the 25/10/2021
-First emailed on 12/11/2021 asking for update as there was no delivery lead time stated on my order confirmation or on the product page. No response.
-Sent a follow up email 20/11/2021. No response.
-Sent another email expressing concern 24/11/2021. No response.
-Tried to call 24/11/2021. No answer, left a voice message. Call hasn’t been returned.
-Used the contact form on the Neon Poodle website to chase order (the form assured a reply within 24 hours) No response.
-Reached out over the Instagram page 26/11/2021 and not had a reply.
-It’s now the 27th. A month since ordering and no response to any of my attempts to reach out. Tracking does not show as dispatched.
- 30/11/2021 - Removed my comment on social media which asked them to respond.

Ordered an outdoor sign which you pay extra for. Was sent an indoor transformer. Months later still not resolved and communication has ceased. Terrible service. Was also sent someone else’s sign which has still not been collected.

Ordered 3 sets of signs for our business and 1. It was super late, 2. Little to no communication despite me reaching out many times, 3. The font for all the signs that I ordered was built completely incorrect, 4. I received an Australian plug for all when I’m in the UK, 5. The neon lights blew after 5 weeks. Will never recommend or use again.

So was a teeny bit late in arriving but definitely worth the wait.
Shame I can't post a pic. I had La! Made up in pink ...comes with a dimmer switch.
I would order again .... but would definitely leave more time for a piece to arrive.
This took 3 weeks...which is not bad ...but I wanted it for a birthday pressie.

Neon Poodle (and Sammy) were absolutely incredible. Their communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. They were really accommodating and flexible when it came to design and size etc., and really thorough. We got exactly what we wanted and are completely in love with our sign! The cost was great too - cheaper than a few other quotes I had. But the quality is just superb and the customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend!

NOT neon
Wanted a neon sign. Went to Neon Poodle who do "custom neon lights and used their "online neon builder" to design my sign.
Received LED lettering.
(this was aside from the fact I paid extra for 3-4 week delivery - ordered 6th Dec. Received 22nd Jan. I get that it was over Christmas but that's nearly 7 weeks.)
Edit: classic reply from neon poodle below. Reply was posted in July 2021 some 6 months after I posted this review. And it states "website clearly states LED...". And it does. Now. It didn't back then. Hence the lateness of reply I suppose - waited til your website had been updated. Also tone is pretty poor.

I placed an order in October for a birthday in December well within the timescales specified on the website. I was informed mid way through the process that production was taking place and paid the outstanding amount as requested. The item was not delivered despite numerous Emails and a minimal response. The items still has not been delivered and answers to Emails are either very late or non existent. I have been promised a full refund and and am still waiting. Update. I have since received a full refund and an apology. Customer service was poor though and I was disappointed. I can't comment on the item as I haven't seen it.

Placed First order selecting the 1-2 weeks delivery option . Still not heard anything from the first Order a month later . Other orders were placed that at Around now 3 weeks prior and can’t get any call backs , communication and customer care not great at all . Very disappointed to order signs for new business opening at Christmas and these were part of a huge festive decoration now they say won’t refund at all and twisted the time option on their Site to say the 1-2 weeks is production time and the delivery is separate - this would mean the first sign order placed a month ago we heard nothing about final payment which means it’s either a 2-3-4 week delivery time or they still not even made it . I asked for at least a removal of the additional 1-2 week cost option we paid for and as yet are Still waiting for a reply . No one answering land line . Should never put a time scale on especially at extra cost of can’t meet that .

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The item itself was great (when it eventually arrived), however the customer service is shocking. I paid extra for the 1-2 week delivery, over a week late and I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded numerous times to be completely ignored. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I have given Neon Poodle many an opportunity to put things right and they have had no interest

Amazing Neon sign for our wedding!
We are thrilled with our sign for our wedding. We wanted to pay a bit more as we thought this would be an investment piece to have for years in our home and Neon Poodle definitely delivered! The customer service we received from Sammy and the team was great from the start, and even corrected the initial price quote for us when they noticed this.
The wait was worth it when we receive our sign it came with little extras like a controller for different levels of brightness and a timer. The sign was in the Medium size and is light and durable so it was great for hanging on a wall for a photo background. We also noticed the careful packaging when it arrived and nothing was broken. 5 stars!

Great product and good service!
Was really pleased with the product. At the outset the service from Sammie was very responsive and helpful. The product I received was excellent - great quality, well made and works perfectly. There was a slight problem with shipping dates but this was dealt with professionally. Overall really pleased and would recommend.
