Delivery was messed up again. All frozen food had thawed.

Much easier to buy direct from you than our nearest stockist as they often run out. Food arrived still frozen and was well packed.

Ordering is easy, and the customer service team have been really helpful and speedy in changing my delivery date when I selected the wrong one. My dog loves the food and it’s simple and easy to portion out for him which is a huge advantage

Great product as always. Arrive on time and my dogs love it!

Every time I receive the box it is smashed and partly open. The packets of 8 sachets inside are all smashed with the sachets everywhere. This has happened on a regular basis.

Our dog loves natures menu but issues with DHL delivery. First order didn't arrive on specified date, arriving 2 days later, defrosted with package leaking on doorstep. Natures menu reordered but still no delivery from DHL so requested cancellation. Still awaiting a refund...

Once again the delivery company left frozen meat defrosting in full sun without bothering to knock or ring the bell.

Well organised & quick delivery

The food itself is good but deliveries are unreliable. I’ve had 2 DHL deliveries delayed in one week. First set needed destroyed. Rescheduled and second set delayed. Unacceptable, you need to get a more reliable courier.

Generally the products and packaging from Natures Menu are very good, but on my last order it was dreadful. I hasten to add this is more down to the delivery company than Natures Menu. It didn’t arrive on the expected date and although I was told it was delayed, it still didn’t arrive on the revised date, the order consisted of three different food types. I received the first part the day after the revised date, the second came the day after that and was delivered in an open box and not the usual branded packaging, the third has yet to arrive. On contacting Natures Menu they were brilliant and have replaced the missing items and compensated me for the inconvenience. The delivery company were atrocious.

Really enjoy how reliable and convenient the delivery service is

I was very pleased with the online ordering process and the speedy confirmation of my order. I was less impressed with the delivery from DHL that was delayed. I contacted Nature’s Menu by phone and a very pleasant and efficient representative resolved the problem. I would have awarded five stars if the delivery cost was more reasonably priced and more reliable.

Generally good. There have been very few times when a food box has been missing some tins. This is rate though.
