I have used this company For the last two years consecutively !always on time friendly and personal too driver always has a chat make you feel welcome and safe drivers! Recommend any one

On time, no problems, nice driver and luxury minibus sufficiently comfortable for journey. Very helpful in long liaison to plan this trip.

Please be warned, DO NOT USE this company.
They ask for full upfront payment on departure and don't turn up for your arrival journey.
Phone numbers are never answered, emails are never resolved. Customer service not existent.
This company has left me no other alternative that to report to trading standards.

We booked for a large group outing to Newmarket. Efficient and accommodating service and great driver (steve) who looked after us on the day. Thank you to all involved.

Beat all quotes I had received. Good communication. Our bus was good and clean. Our driver was absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble...comfort breaks etc. Would highly recommend this company. We will definitely use again. Made our trip to Cambridge so easy and enjoyable. Thank you

The driver was really friendly and helpful. We changed the route a few times and nothing was too much trouble for him to accommodate.
He made the journey an enjoyable one and didn't moan once about us being loud (or indeed vulgar)!!!

We had a delay on our flight and the staff was very helpful and picked us up on arrival. On our departure everything was great and the drivers are good and happy to help.

We had an emergency after a wedding ceremony ran late and had a choir to get to Peterborough then London in various addresses. This company pulled out all the stops with one hour's notice. What more can you ask for. I would recommend them to anyone

I had a good experience with National Minibus Hire. The booking went fine; I was contacted by phone a week before to double check arrival and pick up times, and given the driver's name and mobile phone number a few days before.

The driver who picked us up was on time on both journeys, and a polite, friendly chap. He drove carefully and got us there comfortably.

I think the company use different subcontractors from around the UK when providing minibuses, so our good experience with the driver may not be yours. But the company themselves seemed helpful and professional, as far as my experience went.

National Mini Bus Hire recently successfully delivered a contract to provide a fleet of coaches and mini buses to transfer delegates to a number of different destinations for a national event. All coaches arrived promptly for pick up and all delegates arrived at their destinations at the required time. A very efficient and flexible service, tailored to the needs of the customer.

What a heartache this company is NEVER EVER BOOK with them a bus for your wedding party as they show up 1.5 hours later and you just have to accept this. Their simple statement is the bus was there and a service was provided Their regular excuses was the person is on holiday from the person booking this to the finance person.

I am now 2 months further after hearing stories I will get a refund for this delay and now after several reminders and phone calls which they never reply to or call you back or don't listen to their voicemail. 24 hour service is only to take your booking and your money.

Well I am back again after I have been promised last week somebody would look at my case I removed my previous post from facebook to prevent any confusion. But now again after several reminders and 8 day's further this company still does not come back on it's promises. I got charged the quite some money and they where eager to keep the booking. Because although it was only a few hours later I was not allowed to cancel my booking. So although they where more expensive I have no choice but at least there is some good service, Well if all goes fine they know where to find you and reply immediately but now getting a refund from them nobody know anything Calling them is also useless as they only want to receive bookings and make money for the rest you need to send an E-mail in which they don't reply on. For my booking the 1st of august Booking MBZ0041 on my wedding the freaking bus came 1.5 hours later and destroying my whole planning resulting in we had to rush trough dinner. I will NEVER book anything with this company as no flexibility was there to cancel/ promises aren't kept/ planing was terrible and communication is only there when all goes fine

National minibus offered a excellent airport service from Salford Quays. To manchester Airport the driver got us to the airport just in time for our flight! We will definitely be using this company again. Thank you.

It all went very well. The bus had arrived before we all had, which I was very impressed with, and the driver was excellent.

I booked through national minibus hire very last minute for two sports teams, they did everything they could to help me and make sure my booking went smoothly, despite only making the booking 48 hours before the bus was needed! Would absolutely use them again.

My experience suggests that National Minibus Hire (NMH) does not have any vehicles of its own but is an agency that books available coaches at the last minute. This means that their rates are very competitive but their communications are pretty casual and they do not tell you the name of the company that is actually supplying the coach or give you any way to contact them directly.

I hired a coach to take 30 wedding guests back from the reception to their hotel at midnight. The driver was waiting in the wrong place so I thought it hadn't turned up. The NMH number (a mobile) was unanswered and the people who answered the 'emergency' mobile number they had given me only agreed to find out how to contact the driver after some persuading from me. There was an anxious 20 minutes late at night! Once we found each other the driver was pleasant, the coach was smart and the journey was good.

If I want a coach in future for a journey that is time-critical or taking place out of office hours, I shall use an established local firm even if it means paying more.

Booked a 16 seater minibus with them. From the time of booking to return journey, everything went smoothly. Both Customer service and bus standard were really good!!!

I used this company yesterday and was happy with the service. They are hard to get hold of on the phone but they are very responsive on e-mail. I had to change the pick-up time by a couple of hours in the middle of the night and they were trying to sort it out for me and managed to get to us an hour early. Great service. Thank you
