Horrendous customer service. Explained to receptionist I had received an email quote. A gentleman came on the phone (no idea who he was as he didn't bother to introduce himself) and proceeded to tell me I must have mad a mistake when inputting my information. Didn't get the chance to go through the quote before he started barking amounts at me. Asked me aggressively if I really thought i could get a round trip for £225 - I have no idea hence the reason I asked for a quote. Absolutely no awareness of customer service. Laughable.

Absolutely woeful from start to finish. Poor communications, a lot of harassing emails chasing payment and then very difficult to contact once payment had been made. Pick-up from Glastonbury was three hours late, and the job had clearly been delegated to a driver who didn't work for the Company and didn't speak English. He fell asleep at the wheel on the way home and we ended up getting back 4 hours later than anticipated. Absolute refusal to accept responsibility post the event so we are considering legal action as a result. I could not recommend this Company any less.

We booked a minibus for a function in Manchester which was for 12 ladies, we were pleased the way the booking was all taken care of & the company kept us updated regarding the driver & the vehicle. The driver was very pleasant and made sure our journey was as comfortable as can be. We will definitely be booking with them again & will recommend to all.

My experience with national minibus has been positive, I was given the drivers number two days before so I had one thing less to worry about!!

Terrible experience. Poor customer service and an arrogant unfriendly attitude. Took 3 emails and a phonecall to finally get my refund back a month later than promised. I will never ever use this company again and I suggest that you shop around.

Just been to Wembley to watch Manchester City in the FA Cup Semi. My husband usually drives and so does a friend of ours but Chester to Wembley London is a long way so we decided to hire a minibus for 8 and a driver to take the strain. We were taken on the Saturday and the driver picked us up after the match on Sunday. It was great and we cannot say how painless the whole experience was and how brilliant our driver Nasser was during the trips.The whole booking process was great and everyone very helpful. Have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Excellent service, booked on short notice one day before departure. Driver arrived on time for departure and was waiting for us on return. Overall excellent service would hoghly recommend 5*

Shocking service! Paid for a 16 seated mini bus, the driver turns up in a 13 seater from something that looked like an 80s adult movie. The seats were dirty, sharp tools were left on the seats as well as food containers. No space for hand luggage as the driver had too many personal items at the back. On the return journey the same driver arrived with attitude, being rude to the passengers with even more tools all over the place. Drove really aggressively as he was "in a bad mood".

DO NOT USE. some people may have a good experience but for those who get it bad will get it BAD!

AVOID. Pay a bit more and use an established company who provide a half decent customer service. Shocking.

I would recommend National Minibus Hire with no reservations. The staff arranged everything with only 2 day's notice and all went as planned

Very good sevice, on time, good price..

We had a trip to London with our large family with 3 babies and chose this company for our transfer from Stansted to London centre. Athough they knew that we are a family with kids they have arranged a minibus which had unacceptable conditions with non working heater, dirty seats, dark windows, dark curtains and with purple lamps in. It was like a stag night bachelor's party minibus. After several arguements with the driver we paid one way fee and cancelled the return transfer however this company still owes us GBP 30 from the security deposit and they refused to pay claiming the parking fee at the airport.

Had a fun time in our trip to the uk. they were very helpful in arranging our transfers.
