I would like someone to contact me some advice about enforcement agents coming to my house to remove my goods

If your case is not straightforward for either health or unknown benefit status, proceed with caution. I have a documented health condition that makes it difficult to be available for lengthy phone calls, and my benefits status is unknown as its in the DWP pipeline. I tried to complete the My Money online form, only to be told I couldnt proceed, please phone us. I tried the online chat, where I was told to knowingly enter incorrect information into the My Money page in order to let me proceed, to then at a later date correct this misinformation. No way am I prepared to knowingly input false information at the start of a legal process, even if this part is only their online form. Then when I challenged this I was told to call. I pointed them back to the reasonable adjustments around calls, and yet again pushed back towards phone calls. So sorry, my confidence has been shattered, by over two hours of trying to tell the truth and define whether you could accommodate some reasonable adjustments for my condition. Sadly, any hint of movement came too little too late. Perhaps they provide amazing service once your onboarded, but I wont be finding out, as I dont see why I should have to keep pushing back for reasonable adjustments, and have to filter the advice in order to stay truthful.

The website is extremely easy to use as it provides short steps to help give you advice /solutions to whatever problems you may worry to have or been having. Personally, it's helped my confidence in budgeting in Preperation for university.
