I also didn't read that I was signing up for a subscription, so I have also ended up with another box so now I have 8 black jack bottles, I didn't get around to trying the vape until today, which does not taste anything like black jack it's awful. Debangstix one is the only one I have found that is blackjack which I mix with a vampire vape one. I cancelled this subscription, next time I will read all the print fully once bitten and all that. I won't be buying from here again.

As reported by numerous other people on here, it is NOT made apparent that you are signing up for a subscription service, and now I have been emailed stating that a repeat order that I did not want is on it's way and payment has been taken. I wasn't made aware it was a subscription service, and no email was sent as a reminder that money was going to be taken from my account. Every other company I have subscriptions with send reminder emails before any money is taken so that you have a chance to opt out. I will be going to citizens advice, as going by the reviews her this seems to be happening to many people

I can highly recommend my vape box for e-liquids and devices. The flavours are awesome, very quick on delivery and so easy to order. I promise you won't be disappointed

I absolutely love getting my vapes every month the flavours are the best I've ever tried I'll definitely be keeping my subscription with them I even got my sister in law to get a subscription with them and we both love them 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

The delivery is Excellent and super fast and the products are amazing.

I never wanted or need a subscription to this they kept my bank details from a free offer and signed my up I wasn’t even aware of this I’m sure it’s against the law how I know I never signed up for this was because I had to active my account before I could cancel I will be contacting my bank to see if there’s anything I can do about them stealing my money and the vapes are rubbish !!!?

Terrible flavours and took money from me when i didn’t even order anything

I canceled my subscription plan and got charged money for the subscription and it says in still subscribed, I have emailed them 20 mins after card was charged so they haven't sent it out the order and have emailed them to refund me and not send the product out.
will update and change stars depending on the outcome

I found this as a trial offer for 4 e liquids and for the price it was amazing they've lasted me a while and the delivery was very quick and efficient they have so many flavours to choose from and I would highly recommend to anyone now with this pandemic going on for a hassle free way to keep yourself stocked up on e liquids

Avoid like the plague. I like many others took them up on the free box offer paying only P&P nowhere in this does it mention you are subscribing to their service by doing so, which should not happen without creating an account with them anyway. Very underhanded tactics. I would suggest to My Vape Box that in the future for an order to process the customer should have to create an account which details to them all of the terms and conditions so the customer can decide whether or not to go through with and complete the order rather than find out a month later when money has been debited from their account that they have unkowingly signed upto a subscription service. I am very surprised this business tactic is even acceptable.

Pointless service. Ordered a free sample, understanding it was a subscription based service, paid for delivery, then cancelled my subscription as anyone would do. If the product was good, fine, start it again, but I won’t ever know because they cancelled my free sample, which is weird as nearly every other business will let your free trial of something run for the period until billing for the next month even if you cancel. This company is clearly preying on people ordering a free sample and hoping they forget to cancel. No one needs a subscription to vape liquids, it’s no better value than going else where on the market, and their business ethics are frankly shocking. Do not recommend whatsoever

Great liquids , great flavours, just overall a good company

The costumer service was excellent.I got the product with 2 liquids to try out.The package was perfect and the delivery was super fast.I am really happy with the product.I will buy again for sure.

I ordered and got it within 2 days. The e liquids are of the best I've had and I'm more than happy to wait a couple of days for them to deliver to me. I usually pay a little more and go to my local vape store but no more. They have a wide variety of juices that I can't wait to try.
I'll definitely be ordering from them again

I’ve noticed people complaining about this company and saying it’s a scam which is totally untrue. The company very clearly states that you get a free TRIAL box and once you’ve signed up to the monthly subscription you’ll get charged each month and you’ll receive the four vape juices you’ve chosen. People are getting angry because they’ve forgotten to unsubscribe and it’s unfair to blame the the company for this. Everything is stated very clearly and if you contact the company they are very polite, easy to deal with and get back to quickly. They aren’t manipulating people or scamming people what so ever. Don’t get angry with the company because you forgot to unsubscribe. It’s very easy to cancel the subscription. It clearly states it is trail box, it’s the same thing many other companies do.
