Staff amazing, really friendly and and attentive, although not my usual I was totally surprised by the delivery of the food was good and hot, even made to our preference, totally authentic best dish was auntie geeta’s prrawn curry, we asked for bit spicier and amazzzzzung, flavour is out of this world, thank you for the dinning experience, if we we lived closer we’d be there every week 🤗

The food choices were exceptional

I went to the Bridgend restaurant at McArthur Glen this evening, I'd heard that there's a new menu. It's a lovely setting with a great ambience. There were 2 of us and we were seated straight away. All the staff during my visit were busy, friendly and efficient. We were given 2 chat bombs (delicious) while we browsed the menu. We ordered chicken biriani, lamb house curry, angry bird chicken and some fenugreek fries. I got a child's curry and rice for my daughter who doesn't handle hot spices. It was plenty to eat for two, with the leftovers boxed to take home. I think I enjoyed the food this time better than the last time I came. The little donuts with ice-cream are gorgeous. Small portion but very sweet. An ideal way to finish off the meal. My daughter and I shared a portion between us. It was a lovely experience. 10/10

First time visit to Norwich restaurant, food was Luke warm and tasted reheated , service very poor , overall very poor experience and we ended up being ill, waiting on reply from Mowgli management.

My daughter and I went to Mowgli restaurant Cheshire Oaks yesterday for birthday meal, food was excellent, (as usual), we were served by Wez who made our dining experience even better!

Take away took 1 hour 30 mins to arrive. Had to ring to find out where our order was, person on the phone said the driver had left without our order and he would deliver himself- seems disorganised and inefficient. The food was warm, not hot enough unsurprisingly. Chicken was dry and overcooked, bhajis dry and tasteless. The dal was good. So from a £42 meal I ate only dal and rice

I find it surprising that this gets so many negative reviews.
I recently went to the Liverpool branch and had an outstanding meal. I'm gluten free and it didn't feel like any compromises were made and they even had delicious gluten free beer!
Ruby the waitress was lovely and the price was very reasonable for what we had.
I wish we had one in Newcastle!

Norwich Moglis, will never use again.
I went on their website and order a meal to be delivered, It never arrived and uber just took a random picture of a delivery on a plain piece of grass, not our house.
Called moglis up they were not interested in it all all, as they reckon Ubers fault. Sorry Moglis You got paid I have no Food.. Uber is on your website. I have been to Moglis a few times, but now I,m not going again

We ordered chat bomb, mowgli house chicken and mowgli house lamb and a portion of rice. I was disappointed with every dish. There was no flavour to any of the dishes. The cocktails were not great either. We ended up leaving most of the food as we just could not manage to eat it, it was very bland. Service was so slow and numerous times the staff would go to get us something and we would end up having to ask another member of staff for an update or even getting up and speaking to them to get their attention. It was simple requests such as a straw or extra spoon. It wasbt overly busy and we felt very neglected. We ended up asking for service charge to be removed, I refuse to pay for a service I didnt recieve. I wont be recommending or returning.

Staff are great, polite and welcoming. Food is very average in terms of authenticity and taste. The meat dishes were overcooked. Goan fish curry was overstuffed with tamarind. Drinks are expensive.

I visited the Knutsford branch on Sunday night, fairly quiet dining experience. Under staffed, inattentive, long waiting times for water and bill at the end. Inappropriate seating offered despite lots of tables free and food was luke warm. This occasion was for a friends birthday so it was incredibly disappointing. However previously visits were of a high standard. Has there been a change in staff or management ?

This was a terrible experience. My order arrived incomplete, which was frustrating enough, but the butter chicken was even worse. It looked like plain chicken dumped in yogurt with some random spicy powder sprinkled on top. The sauce was watery and completely lacked flavor. Honestly, it didn’t resemble proper butter chicken at all. I will never order from here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

Visited the Stratford Westfield branch this evening. Service was fabulous and friendly. Food was good and staff were helpful in deciding what to eat and how much to order. Shout out to Andrew for great fun service. Thank you.

First time I ordered a meal from Mowgli. I ordered a takeaway from the Liverpool restaurant. The food was cold and totally inedible. The roti was rock hard, burnt and tiny size. The chicken was overcooked. The dhal was watery and tasteless. All the dishes were very small portions, bland and I didn’t eat any of them. They were that bad I have requested a refund. This is the worst Indian food I have ever had, I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

First visit to Mowgli and we were very disappointed. Went to Grand Central in Birmingham. Had a selection of dishes. The chicken thighs came on a bed of coleslaw which ruined the dish and it was very misleading as it looked like a full dish but there were only a few pieces of chicken. The lamb curry portion was tiny and had chick peas in there - who puts chick peas in a lamb curry. The paneer was average and again a very small portion. Most of the foot was tasteless, bland and lacked flavour - nothing like what you would expect street food to be like. On top of that we were changed for sparkling water which we didn’t have. Very overpriced for very small portions. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone

Great food, super tasty. Great atmosphere and service, will definitely go back again. Was served by Madison and Chelsea who were both so helpful and friendly.
