The customer has received their order(s) in full. The part (F016A75398) in question has recently been modified and now manufactured differently (a cap is now longer inserted in the middle). This has been clarified by Allett directly, who make the part and email has been sent to the customer.

Thank you for your reply, sorry my mistake you were correct that order has arrived, it was a different order I meant to refer to. However I was told for the order im still waiting for it would be 2 to 3 weeks before it would be back in stock but it has been much longer and I assumed you had forgot me. Very sorry for my mistake.

After looking into this order, the recoil assembly was delivered via Royal Mail on 05/08/20. The tracking number for this is VY338179678GB. The customer has since been emailed.

Customer had ordered the wrong parts originally and left us 2 x 1* reviews for the same order. The customer has since returned the part back to us today and we have issued a refund.

Back into action
When you lose a small part – like the air filter cover for my hedge trimmer – you worry that it might be hard to replace. But not the case. The exact part arrived 48 hours later. Perfect fit, back into action. Many thanks.

warranty claim damaged goods
Parts sent out promptly but arrived damaged. Phoned mowers & spares ltd to complain. I was told to send a email with a photo to mowers & spares ltd which i did for which i received a conformation email back to state that it had been acknowledged and will to sorted out in a couple of days. A new parts has been sent out and received.
