Website was easy to use. Description was informed and goods arrived on time. I had an issue with paying (my fault) but managed to complete it and someone still contacted me to say they didn’t know what had gone wrong so would look into it and apologised. I explained it was a user error on my part. Delivery driver came within the reasonable window provided not “we’ll be there some time between 7 and 7”. The mower is exactly what I was expecting and price was fair so I would recommend Mowers Online without any reservations.

Had problems with delivery, which you arranged through Fed Ex. Very confusing and inaccurate tracking information. I know the problem I experienced with delivery /tracking was the fault of Fed Ex, but I hold you responsible for arranging it through them.

The part was delivered exactly as it should have been.

Product identification & service was the best. Only issues was you don’t deliver to Northern Ireland, I had to deliver to Blackpool & have my brother repost to my address .

Customer service guided me through returning incorrect part delivery. However still awaiting conformation of returned item delivery (post office tracking shoes delivery 2 days ago ).

I ordered an ego 42 cm self propelled lawnmower and some accessories for it on a Sunday. I received the delivery on the Tuesday after, so 3 days. I’d picked this retailer through which magazine, and other reviews were positive, but got nervous after I’d placed the order and then saw numerous very poor reviews here.
The accessories arrived by fedex but no mower and I contacted mowers direct support by email ( replies come from Cheltenham mowers who must be associated?) and got almost immediate support. Turned out FedEx split it into two deliveries for that day so there wasn’t a problem really. The poor reviews had made me apprehensive for it transpires no reason.
Based on my (only one but expensive purchase!) I’d say my experience was close to excellent.

Delighted with quality of the equipment and with a three year guarentee it was a no brainer not to purchase and additionally supplied by a competant and prfofessional company.

Easy to order, delivered wothin 48 hours

Really dreadful Company, do not use! Ordered a sack trolley that was delivered without the necessary parts required to keep the wheels fixed to the frame, also the handles didn't have hand guards as advertised online. Tried several times to call but always an issue and they 'can't hear you'! Still awaiting parts required, that was a week ago. Very poor Customer Service, will never use again. Product faulty.
