We are sorry that you experienced a delay receiving your order.
The order was dispatched from us as expected, but unfortunately the delivery address provided when the order was placed did not include the property name. FedEx were therefore unable to complete the delivery successfully.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you for your full address and got FedEx to deliver the parcel to you.

...I see mower has added an update. I have never heard of this hapenning before. The bank sre investigating and I do still hope to receive a full refund. Sent item back tracked, unused. It arrived 18th, this is 21st. Not heard from them yet. Happy to update and change stars when it is resolved......Update is I have been told it is all being processed and issued. As soon as that comes though I can update and change the review. Update: ...Still awaiting a refund...They keep telling me it is coming....

Thank you for your update. We’re sorry that the refund has taken longer than expected.
For clarity, the grass trimmer was returned because a mains-powered model had been ordered when a battery-powered model was required. We received the unused item back and approved a full refund.
We then attempted to refund the payment back to the original card. Unfortunately, the refund could not be completed because the card had been flagged by the issuing bank/payment system in connection with a potential fraud issue. This prevented the refund from being processed in the normal way and was outside our control.
We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly after you had already returned the item, and we have been working to resolve the payment issue so that the refund can be completed.
We are sorry again for the delay, but we would like to reassure anyone reading this review that the return itself was accepted promptly and the delay has arisen from the banking/payment process rather than from any refusal on our part to issue the refund.

Quick delivery of fair priced petrol mower
Website was easy to use. Description was informed and goods arrived on time. I had an issue with paying (my fault) but managed to complete it and someone still contacted me to say they didn’t know what had gone wrong so would look into it and apologised. I explained it was a user error on my part. Delivery driver came within the reasonable window provided not “we’ll be there some time between 7 and 7”. The mower is exactly what I was expecting and price was fair so I would recommend Mowers Online without any reservations.
