I had a problem with my membership and phoned the helpline, within minutes my membership was re-activated by Amelia who was very friendly and efficient. I then went straight on to movegb and found a brilliant class. A great start to my weekend thank you.

Please beware. I signed up for £1 plan and ended up paying hundreds of pounds as i hadn't realized they were taking £7.99 per week!
I did already contact someone and they didn't help!

I absolutley love MoveGB! It is an amazing concept, brilliantly executed! It is excellent from every aspect! I love the broad range of classes! I have tried classes that i did not have the chance to try before and i will try even more... From pilates, to HIT, and weights, and splits, and calisthenics, and handstands... to tango and street dancing and afro beats! I can find everything I want on MoveGB! I am really impressed that all of the instructors are excellent and friendly! It is so inspiring and motivating! It has made this lock down so much fun! :) I absolutely love it!

I think this is a great idea, however my local leisure centre seemed very slow to respond to booking request for classes. Also because we could only book 2 Days in advance where as Leisure Centre members got a week in advance, sometimes the class was already full by the time I got around to trying to book it with move GB.

While the system is easy to use, the way the yoga teachers and fitness instructors are being paid is opaque, with a clause in their contract preventing them from speaking out about it (nice...). I know they are getting between 30% and 70% of the money I pay to Move GB to attend their classes so I will now stop my subscription and support my local yoga teachers during lockdown by paying them directly, so they get 100% of my money.
Edit (2/11/2020 3.30 PM): MoveGB called me (see reply below) but couldn't say how much of the fees are paid to our dear teachers but estimated it was about 70% in average, which would be quite low if true but no data is public, so they could say anything they wanted, and we couldn't verify. For the record, I asked MoveGB to be transparent and public about how much money they have collected from members and how much was paid out to teachers (they call them partners in their speak). Interestingly, they said they had been hit hard by the COVID crisis. Would that be why they revised their T&Cs to pay teachers less when lockdown ended earlier this year?

I have been a partner with MoveGB for a while, and always have got a good services from them. For example, I recently had a issue to add a zoom link to one of my class, then sent an email to them, I think they just solved it straight away. I am very happy about the services provided and highly recommend their partnership.

I initially signed up for the £1/week offer for 12 weeks. When it came close to my trial from expiring, I tried to cancel but I was then charged £12 again for another 12 weeks. I have since cancelled again, which actually went through this time. However I feel deceived, as I had tried to cancel, to no avail and I am paying for a service I rarely use and no longer need.
On top of that. All online classes that I try to book cancel. Why is that? I'm paying for this service yet I am unable to access what it is I am paying for.
I will not be renewing my subscription come January.
Poor service!
