Professional, refunded straight away, fault on the shop side with delivery, set a email saying why

I did write a good review at first because Adam was so helpful and I’m sad I have had to change it to a 1 star as one of the bikes is faulty needs I contacted Adam on the 2/11/22, he stated he would send out a new wheel which I still have not received and now he is just ignoring any emails or messages that I send him!!

Adam was amazing couldn't help enough ,, when contacted to say we needed this for our sons birthday he made sure it was here and even contacted us to make sure we had received. Amazing couldn't recommend enough

Hi Adam, Just received the go-kart! Absolutely brilliant! I wish that I was a kid again! Thank you and your team for all their hard work and putting up with my correspondence! What a very well made and strong vehicle it is! All that’s left to do now is to get my grandchildren over and get them on it! (before I start on the laxative’s and try to loose weight and get on it myself!) Thank you all ever so much!

Unfortunately I never received my item as they sold out quicker than the website could update. The company has been great tho ,refunded straight away and even went as far as trying to source one from another company aswell as offering a discount on a future purchase. Cant realy ask for anything more.

Sorted my order out for my little boys birthday and did everything he could to get it here for the day.. HE DID haha absolute legend .. thanks again

The second bike I have purchased the rfx190 xl freeride, The first being the rfz110 semi auto. Good quality affordable bikes , after riding expensive mx bike for years and now given them up I’m gonna give this full size pit bike a trail. Very helpful staff on the other end of email!

My experience with MotoX1 Motocross ATV was faultless. Adam was extremely helpful, I had a query and he responded very quickly and went out of his way to help. He contacted me next day like he said he would to make sure the issue was resolved, which it was. The item is also great and as described. I would most definitely recommend in all cases and would buy from them again.

ORDERED THE BIKE CAME DELIVERED WITHIN 4 DAYS CAME WELL PACKED AND ON A CRATE GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH THE SELLER AND AS FOR THE BIKE ITSELF RFZ 110 SEMI AUTO GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY MY YOUNG LAD WHOS 9 YEARS OLD IS OVER THE MOON WITH IT AND AS FOR ORDERING ANOTHER BIKE FROM THIS COMPANY I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO DO SO MANY THANKS

Wow what great service all my queries when considering the purchase of the bike were answered promptly. Then once the payment was made the bike was delivered super fast and my little girl loves it. I wish more companies would operate this efficiently. Well done guys 👍👍
