Terrible customer service. They’ve had my money for over a month now with no update.

Terrible customer service. They’ve had my money for over a month now with no update.
Price was great and it seemed legit rated armor. However, they never shipped my purchase. Waited 2 weeks with their chatbox stating product was ready to ship but was waiting on package protecting (which I already paid for!) I emailed them numerous times and called (was on hold each time for an hour with no answer). I had to submit a claim with my bank. I would not recommend this company. Just pay more for a better company.
Scam - Do not order from this fraudulent company. After 4 months they didn't send me by armor and nobody picks up the phone. I cancelled my CC. Moving on. Probably some foreign call center putting out Facebook ads. Funny thing is, nobody picks up, they don't send the product and they still advertise on Facebook. AVOID!!!!
They have zero customer service! Trying calling, nothing. Sent emails, nothing. Product zipper failed within a year and a half. Leaving it useless and leaving me unprotected without any customer service support.
Ordered a product advertised to ship in 2-3 days. It’s been over (2) weeks and the order is still “processing”. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Getting ready to contact credit card company and report as fraud. I will update this review if someone just gets ahold of me and lets me know that I didn’t get ripped off but reading other people’s experience online, I’m getting the feeling I got ripped off
Edit; keeping review as is because they changed the lead time date and tried to gaslight me. I know what the lead time was because I picked my product based off of what was going to arrive the soonest. The only positive note is they refunded my money but this ordeal turned out to be a waste of time. Not surprising at all being a CA based company
This company is literally impossible to deal with. I ordered a plate carrier and plates. The medium fits like a small. I was asked to return the items which I did. So basically they have my money and I have nothing. Company is impossible to contact. I have attempted to call them but they appear to frown on that because you just sit for 30 plus minutes with nothing but music on the other end. I sent in a letter with my return asking for an exchange. I gave them my upper torso measurements etc.
I purchased the Quad Release 2.0 11x14 plate carrier and put lvl 4 ceramic 11x14, 6x8 plates in it and the 6x13 soft armor panels in it and it is very comfy to wear fully loaded even with my mag pouch full. It hardly feels like im wearing it, definitely good for all day use/wear. I move well in it and easy to shoulder a rifle without feeling to bulky. I tried to leave a review on their website but couldnt find anywhere to leave one so I left it here. Shipping was fast as well.
Was happy about how soon I received the product. As soon as I received it I realized I needed to go up a size. I followed what little instruction on their website provided and almost a week now I haven’t received any responses yet. I’ve called(waited a total of 4 hours on hold), I’ve emailed and I’ve used their chat box and still no response no 48 hours like they said they would respond. Nothing. Tried two different numbers and one of them does not even work. Very disappointed in the customer service. Now I’m stuck with an expensive product that I can’t even use properly. I am going to try one more day and if not I will be sending the product back periodically and going with another company.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants transparency.
On February 2, 2026, I placed an order for a Ballistic Helmet Gen 2 Coyote Brown with Helmet Cover. At checkout, the advertised lead time was clearly stated as two weeks. That timeframe has long since passed.
As of today:
• The order still shows “Processing.”
• No shipment confirmation has been provided.
• No tracking number has been issued.
• No delay notice or revised ETA has been communicated.
• No proactive outreach has been made to explain the delay.
When a company sets a defined production lead time, customers rely on that representation to make informed purchasing decisions. If supply chain or production delays occur, professional businesses communicate that clearly and promptly. That did not happen here.
The issue is not simply the delay — it is the complete lack of communication and accountability after payment was accepted.
When customers pay in full or finance through a third party, they deserve transparency, updates, and follow-through. Clear communication is a baseline expectation, especially for protective equipment.
Until this matter is resolved and the product is either delivered or refunded, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.
The company sent me vest with armor which was too small, I returned it with their promise in writing to send the larger size. They never did despite follow up calls in which they blamed the delay on tariffs. Now I found out that I am about 5 days beyond the VISA limit to challenge a charge so I am SOL. They lied
and did not deliver the product/
What went wrong is the company flat out misleads customers with lead times, and keeps changing their reasons for the delays. I've already filed complaints about them with the BBB, and California Attorney General's Office.
Got my PATROL vest. It is solid. Comfortable to wear for long shifts and doesn’t feel bulky. Overall, feels durable and well-made. Perfect for security work.
Bought their Promo Level IV Armor Plates, Stated Back order 3-4 weeks. The deadline passed and they have still failed to update or inform of when and where my plates are. Their OWN WEBSITE states you will be updated from purchase of your order. 2. I've messaged a Complaint about getting my Armor Plates. They got back to me saying It was due Friday and is undergoing inspection once it arrives. NO Update was given if it even arrived. These People are a Scam, and are just Smoke and mirrors, Their Company Help Line goes back to Florida, and they're based out of California. Stayed on the line for 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up and no one answered. They are a Scam Company, Do not Use them for anything. The only Person Working is their Stupid AI Help Auto Response. I issued a refund, and was emailed the Refund was Partial, No money has been given back to me. This company is a Sham and Ran by Thieves. My Order was Placed October 4th 2025.
I would think twice before I would make a purchase. I bought a helmet from them. It was way too big. I had all the correct measurements before I bought. Tried to get help. I sat in customer service 3 times for an hour each time. I left 2 emails regarding my issue. Filed a BBB complaint but still no contact. Buyer beware.
Tested the Ace Link Thermacooling T-Shirt under my concealable armor &under my security uniform, for one 8 hour shift, I stayed cooler and dryer than my usual cotton shirt which is usually already drenched in just two hours. Very impressive, and the therma shirt didn't smell like the cotton shirt did. DCH
Bought a plate carrier to take with me on a humanitarian mission to Ukraine. Product did not last 1 week of field use, emailed twice to have them replace the defective part and didn't hear back.
I do not recommend this company due to poor quality product and dismal customer service. I should have disputed the credit card charge.
Looking at reviews from sellers such as Optics Planet and other tactical shops, their equipment is poorly constructed and undependable.
