Really poor service
I used the web chat to understand why when I try to cancel my policy it can’t be ‘found’. I spoke to a jamailegh who was not helpful at all and just said that I’m filling the information incorrectly, though I was able to speak to her and pass data protection. She never gave me any further advice and closed the chat. I’ve literally been trying to cancel my policy since last month and I am not getting anywhere. Really dissappointed.

Customer service is not available
I had a problem with payment and I was sent an email to the customer service and i request a call back but nobody get back to me and nobody help me to pay for my car insurance!! I was so disappointed, if you are see my reviews please contact me if no i will write a bad review every day

Jamieleigh provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process.
I was very stressed because my insurance had been set up incorrectly, but she took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and guided me through every step until the issue was fully resolved.
She never rushed me and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. Thanks to her support, my policy was cancelled correctly and my refund was processed without any confusion.
Jamieleigh is a real credit to Motorcade. Her excellent communication, patience, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience.
