Moniker Customer Service Surpasses All Expectations (and Google should take a lesson)!
Mike from Moniker Customer Support is the most knowledgeable, patient and helpful person. I am an attorney, and my e-mail, routed through Google, was down, significantly impacting my business. Dealing with Google was a nightmare as they have nothing but articles, and my tech company was not much better. My domains have been with Moniker for years, and I contacted Customer Support. Mike has a reassuring demeanor, backed up with his expertise and follow through. I am extremely grateful to him, and would recommend Moniker to anyone needing domain services.

Unexpectedly Great Support
reached out to moniker tech support asking for help updating a PTR record. Whatever that is? They responded quickly, pointed me in the right direction to find it and installed it for me without skipping a beat! Great human based service in this day of chat bots in AI. I highly recommend them.

Registrar with an excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I've migrated domains from numerous other registrars to Moniker and really happy with it. Other registrars were giving me nothing but headaches. Can't recommend them enough.
