Some help but not much
No service]t on weekends? Can't fix the problem while on the phone with the customer. When the fix is done it is not a complete fix.

I was able to establish my account with…
I was able to establish my account with Moniker.
Originally it was set up by a former computer consultant who can no longer be reached.
I had no account access information.
I now was able to establish my own account and set up an annual auto payment for the next 9 years.
The negative experience was that it took me 3 or 4 days to accomplish this.

Over priced for a domain
Over priced for a domain, over 20 years i've been with this company to not get a single bit of loyalty. They just rip you off you can get domain half the price or maintain your domains at half the price with a quick google search and you will see that not only moving it the renewal price is cheaper. It’s a domain you provider no service for this domain apart from the initial purchase be then no more service. If yours costs have increased that is not my problem you can’t manage your business but you stick it to the end user to pay your ineptitudes. Don’t use moniker they suck and the website is clunky. It was easier to use over 20 years ago then a new ceo came that messed it all up back then. Avoid this service and you’ll avails a lot of stress

Long time client, first time support request
I've been a customer of Moniker for a long time - the fall of 2003 to be exact - and I've always been happy with their service and ease of use. I recently had switched bank accounts and for random reasons lost a domain that I've had for 18 years. Support was able to quickly help me recover it with just a few emails.

AVOID Moniker!!
Currently (April, 2024), I use four Internet Domain registrars, including Moniker. Of these four IDRs, Moniker is BY FAR the worst. On many occasions, I cannot access their website, not even for the purpose of logging-in! Furthermore, when I complain to their technical support staff, the response that I receive is wholly inadequate, even when I attach a screenshot that shows the problem that I encounter when trying to access the website.

Moniker used to be a good registrar - not any more and OVRPRICED!
Moniker used to be a good domain registrar. Like everyone else they think they have to re-design their website, make it look different, flashy and "new".... and then charge you 30% more. I have over 100 domains with them and I will now be shopping around for a new registrar.

Domain registrars tend to be shady
Domain registrars tend to be shady. GoDaddy tries to autobill you hundreds of dollars for no reason, cloudflare and porkbun don't let you change the name servers on your own domains, but moniker it a legitimate company with good customer support and decent (though not the cheapest) pricing. I've used them for years, and my aunt uses them too.

Due to some reasons, I had to migrate my domain name service from Moniker to aliyun, I forgot to export DNS zone before migration, and I had trouble with aliyun, fortunately I got the support from Moniker and solved the problem, thank you very much!

Overpriced domains above retail pricing…
Overpriced domains above retail pricing and i've been with them for about 20 years, they now put the prices up so high to renew your domain and above $14 that i will now move all my remaining domains to another registra. You can find any out there that are cheaper than this company. All the are doing is a registra they are nothing special there is no service you want to pay extra for they don't do a good job anyways so avoid and use an affordable registra not these guys
And look at their terrible canned reply it is offensive they reply like that to think it is acceptable. you do not strive at all, what utter drivel and nonsense from you guys it's not hard to be competitive. You are doing a cash grab and it's out of order. You are ripping people off. PERIOD
Quality service: You are renewing a domain you are not providing service to the Royal Family here. That is it you are doing nothing special at all, you take my card number and renew the domain and an inflated rate. You think that is a service and a good service that loads of providers do at a fraction of the cost?

The guys at Moniker were nice and helpful, they also gave me a cool discount for having quite a few domains there. I moved away from godaddy, since their prices are too big.
