Extremely disappointed, took out moja insurance and was involved in a crash, when I tried to insure my new car with moja they told me they can’t insure it and I need to cancel my policy , wouldn’t tell me why nor could I get hold of anyone at all as it’s all online. When I then went to cancel I had to pay the rest of my insurance off in full even though they were the ones making me cancel the policy ! Avoid unless you want to be caught in this trap also and unable to speak to anyone in person

A few days after I'd paid two months premiums to begin my car insurance I traded my vehicle in for another, newer car. I tried to change the policy to cover the new car which was to commence the day after my old car's cover began, but for some reason MOJA were unable to do it, despite my emailing them several times (unable to 'phone them except for claims!). Finally I cancelled my policy entirely and got covered by another insurance company, but despite refunding the two months premiums (minus the one day I'd been covered with them) MOJA also took a £25 cancellation fee!
This company offer cheap car insurance for a reason - they's not fit for purpose. Shop around and pay a little more - you will not regret it....

STOP PRESS - I just received a genuine apology from MOJA and a refund for the cancellation fee. Maybe they're not so bad after all.....

I have only just acquired an electric car. I was shocked by the price of the insurance quotes. This company seem to be in the know re electric which is why I chose them. Time will tell

Over all it was really good, but had some trouble with the final step to make my payment for the year.

Spoke to a Muhammad this morning regarding a car insurance claim. He couldn't do enough for me, so helpful and pleasant. He even phoned me back, letting me know i would be getting my hire car from Enterprise. thank you.

I contacted Moja online to make some updates to my Policy. It was really quick and easy to do, the changes and impact were were reconfirmed to me before I committed, and a small refund was credited to my bank account the very same day :)

Mojo insurance dealt with my claim quickly and efficiently. Customer service is excellent as they explained everything and put me at ease when dealing with my claim. Would recommend them and have recommended them to others.

A faceless company that can be contacted easily, I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my complaint. The company held incorrect information about me, and I found the handling of the matter to be wholly incompetent. The standard of customer service was very poor. Some staff members appeared unable to communicate effectively, and their attitude reflected a lack of professionalism. More concerning is that this attitude seems to stem from poor management and an apparent disregard for customers' concerns.
Although the business acknowledged my complaint, it failed to properly consider the financial consequences of recording inaccurate data. As a direct result of its errors, I estimate that my motor insurance premiums increased by approximately £200–£300.
In my experience, the company is only satisfactory only until you need to make a claim. Its after-sales service is cheap, unhelpful, and disappointing, and the handling of this matter has left me with little confidence in the business. Spend more and get a better company

Tried to set it up for my girlfriend. They took my money & then refused to deal with me when it came to no claims bonus & eventually cancellation. They’re cheap for a reason.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star please do not get your car insured with these pathetic excuse of people, who will ignore and avoid your questions and calls, they are that low of people that they have ignored me for months on end, and will not return my money for my insurance claim baring in mind this is a very simple and straight forward claim, that could easily be dealt with, I am absolutely disappointed in the level of support and unprofessionalism they have conveyed. I cannot even cancel my insurance and they keep taking my money even though I have not been driving. I will be taking this to small court at this point and would probably receive better support or better said answers from a 5 year old then those who are handling my current case. I am fuming. Please avoid this scamming inconsiderate company. That will destroy your mental health and I will be suing these people for the negligence towards their customers and level of disrespect I have received on the receiving end has been awful and unacceptable I will not allow this to continue further, they will avoid your call and answer on another number and then put you on hold when they realise who you are. Please for your own sanity avoid these people. This company is disgusting. One of my biggest mistakes has been insuring my car with these people.

Was wit mojo before easy to deal lot of companies want u to have a tracking app im nearly 60 not a child so thank u mojo and fair price

easy to do everything is good so far just hope they don't wanna put it up by hundreds next year and so far I will stay with them

Sent proof of no claims bonus 5,/6 times now recived a letter that you will cancel my policy if not sent I only gave you one because no other option
