I ordered some Space Marine bitz to kitbash a librarian in terminator armour. It was easy to find what I wanted using the search function, easy to see that it was right from the clear hi res pictures, and easy to review and order using the basket. Items were dispatched quickly, at very reasonable cost, and arrived the next day. All in all a great transaction

I normally don't like buying bits via the internet; I've had a few bad experiences in the past. Thankfully this was not one of those experiences. Ordering was a snap. I ordered late on a Saturday night, Monday the stuff was in the mail, and a week later it was here. I've told all my friends about this site.

The transaction was smooth and the bits arrived at my door in 3 working days so no complaints there. The best bit of the experience was being able to choose the exact bits i wanted in the quantity i wanted, rather than the ebay set number or random pick options with smaller bits like bolters or backpacks. The prices are more realistic and so is the postage cost, all in all I would recommend Modelbits over sites like ebay any day of the week.

i only wanted a few bits and didnt fancy buying a whole boxed set. i checked on here and they had a great selection of all the boxed sets broken up into single items. i found what i wanted, bought them and they arrived in about 3 days. awesome service for exactly what i wanted with no fuss.

I've ordered twice from model bits and both times I got an email saying it was dispatched the same day.
I then got an envelope with all the stuff I ordered the next day, well packed and hassle free.
The stock on the website seems pretty acute, I've gone through the chore of registering and ordering from other sites only to get an email days later saying the stuff I ordered is out of stock, something that doesn't happen with model bits.
I just have to wait for them to restock now so that I can order the rest of the stuff I need for my latest project.

Everything I have looked at on this site has crisp, clear pictures. Nothing blurry or messed up. The site layout is simple and easy to figure out. None of this flash stuff or annoying to figure out site design. Simple and to the point. If this store was based in USA I would buy lots more stuff.

I have found Model Bits to be a good source of parts, all of the order turns up well packaged and in good condition.

I was able to buy the seperate parts of kits that I wanted for conversion work without being charger for the full boxset. They arrived well packaged and rather swiftly. all in all Id recommend anyone to the site.

I've used the site a few times now. They've got a great selection of bits from wide selection of Games Workshop and other companies kits. The orders have been accurate and in good order and in one instance where there was an error Matt corrected it with no quibble. Overall good service.

I have made several orders through Model Bits and every one has arrived pretty quick for being overseas; in a few cases faster than some of the stateside sellers I've used. The bits are all cut from the sprue and not twisted off, which is just as they advertise.

I like getting e-mails to notify of restocks as well. That's definitely a convenience in my opinion, and I've been able to nab a few hot items without having to prowl around the bits sellers' stores.

I highly recommend Model Bits.
