Phone was water damaged on holiday in Egypt. After looking for someone competent to get it back up on running, Mal was recommended. From the initial call he was transparent about their fees and reassured me his team would be able to get my phone back up and running.

Good efficient service phone repaired in a few hours.

Service was timely, I paid only that which was quoted. My Samsung phone now charges, in addition callers can hear me well, no more crackling sound!

Our experience does not seem to be the experience of other clients. We have used this company a number of times and all but one visit has not been acceptable. One might ask why continue to use. We are housebound 80 plus. Company is 5 mins away from our home. Both Ex academics and fully knowledgeable technology other than physical repairs. In any case we invalidate warranty Apple if use third party technicians etc.
Visit 1. To colleague mine same address. Left property confirming glitches in movement of hosting company email accounts to another provider. The issue clearly had not resolved . Before leaving property my colleague asked if all accounts had been fully checked as she was querying already the possibly performance of this company and speed with which reported as resolved. It was impossible so many devices iPhones and iPads. Returned following day and corrected. Their given reason hosting company had not supplied sufficient details. But this is not the point. They left and firmly confirmed all was resolved without checking all the 7 accounts. Disingenuous to report fully checked when clearly had not. They resolved the following am. February 2025. During messaging yesterday their excuse for not in fact resolving issue the previous day changed to that “they were running late for their” next client. Bearing in mind this visit had been several hours later than originally arranged. The company were sent to us having been picked from online search by our hosting company another part of country. V pleasant throughout one cannot deny.

Visit 2. To myself
Battery replacement 45.00 IPhone 7 Plus. 15.8.4 i0S
No improvement. Requested a refund. Refused but persisted in refusing . They needed to remove to their workshop. Which as had been disingenuous and also not explained an iPhone this age may not be worth investing in new battery first visit ,declined. March 25

Visit 3 October Oct 25
Same iPhone plus. We should have leafy our lesson. But we’re charged 60.00 this visit. Previous visit 45.00. Replaced their own third party new battery from packaging and again battery no improvement but advised if the case the phone would need further examination at their workshop. We declined. There is nothing to be gained spending more money on an old IPhone 7 Plus.

We requested a refund with original left in iPhone as we advised by Apple no purpose time spent examining such an old iPhone with the prospect of purchasing a more recent iPhone which no doubt this company would have assisted in the sourcing.
We declined and asked for a refund and they would remove their most recent battery and replace with our original Apple battery. The company appear to use third party parts compatible with iPhone. Am u sure of their credentials as a certified technician.

They have still refused. I wrote this review to warn others should there be no significant improvement to whatever the issue phone et al to carefully go over with company their refund policy. We have lost 105.00
It is not worth fighting for the money we have left as a bad experience but feel we should highlight our experience

Ulefone 25 Pro Fixed, was a fiddly repair which they sorted and it's now working great. Communication and customer service was very good, was a mail-in survive which suited me well.

Absolutely fantastic all round service. Screen on my M11 phone absolutely in pieces and not working.

Mal went above and beyond. The phone repair was done promptly with a last minute booking, there was a small glitch with the new part and he got me in straight away and gave me an appointment and new part free of additional charges. He was polite and fast as well as offering a professional and affordable service.

These guys replaced my broken screen within 24 hours of making the call. They were able to source my new Amoled screen instantly and the service was top level, as if done by manufacturing standards. Highly recommend this company.
