Product exactly as ordered, though universal car charger came in no packaging.
Delivery was paid for as first class Royal Mail and the items took a week to arrive - probably due to Royal Mail but nevertheless I expected the item within a couple of days.

Fast delivery, no problems!

They initially sent out the wrong phone case but after a conversation with a guy in sales he apologised and informed me that the case I ordered was out of stock. I then asked for a simliar case which was in stock and he assured me he would send it out immediately, he also told me he would reimburse me for the postage that it was going to cost me to send back the wrong case.
Not only did he do everything he said he was going to do, I had the new case within days of placing my original order.

I would use them again.

I ordered a silicone case for my Htc sensation and it arrive next day. I seen all the other reviews that other customers are making, but I just was to say that if you do not try then you would not know, if orders are shipped from the company the we just have to allow time for it to arrive.

Ordered a case for my new Samsung galaxy s2, again great service came 2 days later no problems what so ever ,at first I ordered the wrong case no fault on mobiledens part i just clicked on the wrong case , I emailed mobileden ,and they exchanged it, no problems ,once again A++ thanks

When ordering a case for a new phone it was delivered promptly - but didn't fit.

They sent out a replacement after I had returned the original item at my own expense (after reassurances that postage would be refunded).

Got replacement case, but no postage refund. After numerous e-mails and calls STILL no refund for postage.

No star rating. They delivered wrong product. Sent 4 emails, phone always on answer machine, with message saying machine error. Expensive too as later found same product 30% cheaper elsewhere. Charged 2.95 for postage and envelope showed it cost 50p!

MobileDen shipped out the items 12 ( twelwe ) days after my order and payment. UK post date stamp was on envelope !
They advertise 1 - 2 days !
After 15 days I asked them about my package. NO ANSWER on several emails.
I made a PAYPAY dispute. Also on Paypal answer they did not reply.
After almost one month I received items. This items are same quality as on ebay but much more expensive. On ebay costs a quarter of Mobileden price. I have ordered at Mobileden because I needed items urgently and I hoped that I receive the package in max 7-10 days.
NEVER NEVER AGAIN MOBILEDEN !

I am Very happy with the service. I received my phone accessories on the 2nd day after placing my order. The items were packed well, in perfect condition, so I was 100% happy all round. I definitely would recommend to others and will use mobile den again.

They promise stuff is in the post repeatedly when it clearly is not. Hardly ever answer the phone and when they do they lie. Totally unreliable. Now trying to get a refund. wasted too much time on this terrible company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you have been warned!!!

I place and order with Mobile Den for silicone case for the HTC HD2 and got it the next day and since then I have place more orders with them and had no problems. I find Mobile Den one of the best websites to shop at as they do tell you when the item is in stock or out of stock, some websites do not even tell you that, they just make you buy then tell you the item is currently out of stock. I would recommend Mobile Den any day.

I order a HTC Legend Flip case form them and got it the next day. Never had any problems.

Would buy from them again.

Ordered an item which on the site said it was in stock (Also Said fast delivery), after a few days of waiting i log on to see whats up. After finding the order pending i contacted the site trying to find out whats up with delay is! a simply thing one would think!
I've know email them four time with no reply! After waiting over a week now i emailed them saying i wish to cancel with no hope of a reply every likely to come!!!
