Brilliant equipment but after service support is top notch too. I had a software issue once and it was responded to and resolved within hours.

Thrilled with level of service, the products are excellent.

My issue isn't with the tank itself it's with the installation issues. I choose Mixergies recommended installer and had an initial quote for my tank in January 24. After a pretty lengthy installation, I get charged a further £600 because training on these tanks seem to be non-existent. It was call after call to Mixergy Head Office and by the time the plumber left, it still wasn’t working. He had to come back another day to resolve the issues for which I got the bill. Make sure who ever is fitting your tank has done several installs of these before proceeding.

We had the iHP (integrated heat pump) cylinder installed about 7 months ago with the aim of reducing the amount of energy required to heat our hot water. And the iHP has done exactly that! We have an air-to-air heat pump heating system for our home that doesn't do hot water, so we used to use an immersion element in a standard cylinder which was impossible to control reliably with the water either too cold or scalding hot. The iHP has so much more control and can be scheduled easily via the app, with the data you need visible whenever you want to see it. We now use about a third of the amount of electricity we used to use for our hot water, so mission accomplished. This is a great solution for households that use a lot of hot water although bear in mind that it can take a while to fully heat a large tank (many hours), especially in winter. Although you can easily schedule that for overnight, to make the best use of cheap time of use tariffs. Also consider where you plan on installing the iHP as the heat pump does require venting to the outside, and also makes some noise in operation (about the same as a washing machine, I'd say) so a garage would be ideal. But assuming you plan it properly you'll have a great, easy to use system, that gives you extremely efficient hot water.

Fantastic kit. We've had the Mixergy installed for a year, and the machine learning platform has reduced our bills over the past 12 months. I honestly believe the UK Government should be pushing for these in every home to stop wasting energy and save us all money.

We have had a tank in our home for 2.5 years installed by British Gas. It has been performed excellently - we used the Machine Learning feature which tailors the water schedule to your usage which seemed effective.
Recently had full fibre broadband installed - the chaos that caused resulted in the tank going off line. Excellent service from Ryan and the Team at Mixergy - gave advice on how to get the tank back on line and also address some issues with the broadband. Patient and assured on the phone - really very helpful.

We have used Mixergy for a year and a half now and the product is pretty good if expensive. The downsides are the app/website which are cumbersome and involve many more taps than should be necessary to set away dates / coordinate multiple tanks etc. This is the efficiency technology on which these tanks are partly marketed and we feel it should be more customer friendly. Mixergy staff while always friendly and superbly responsive in every other respect have not shown much interest in achieving the software changes that would improve use. The hardware does seem good though as discussed expensive (particularly given the apparent reluctance to resolve the issues raised in this review).

I rang the help desk. A young lady called Shannon was very helpful and took my details for a call back.
I was contacting within the hour by a young man called Kaz who whatsapp'd me to ask if he could call. He was SO patient with me as I fumbled with trying to get him information. He explained the problem and sent me a new part. When it arrived he emailed me comprehensive details on what to do. I gradually followed the given instructions and allseems to be well now. A big thank you to Kaz 🙂

Excellent customer service from Kaz. He patiently talked me through the set up of the app and the system. When we had exhausted all other options he arranged, with our house builder, for a Mixergy engineer to attend our property. All back up and working within 20 minutes of his arrival.

We had a problem recently & I contacted mixergy. Kaz dealt with this brilliantly! He was quick to respond & proactive in finding/sorting the issue. His patience has to be praised when I unplugged the wrong wire & supplied him with half a photo! An electrician arrived today with new parts & I'm delighted to say everything working perfectly. Thank you

I had an issue with my controller gauge not powering on.

I received a prompt phone call within the hour from a gentleman called Abbas. He quickly diagnosed the problem over a video call and sent out a replacement part which arrived the next day.

Excellent customer service, and brilliant engineer. Thank you Mixergy and Abbas especially for helping me out so quickly.

Outstanding Customer service!! Abbas is a credit to your technical support team, he has patiently helped me step by step resolve wiring and WiFi connection issues with 2 300L mixergy cylinders. There is no mobile signal in the plant room, so this involved a number of calls and a lot of patience from Abbas who's knowledge and support was excellent. Once again many thanks regards Stuart.

I've had a pair of 300L Mixergy Smart Cylinders for nearly 2 years now. They're brilliant. I started with a gas boiler, added solar, after 18 months removed the gas and replaced with an Air Source Heat Pump. The beauty of these systems is that the cylinder remained where it was while everything around it changed during the de-carbonisation project. But...the standout was the ongoing support to get the very most out of the system. To this end I had many, many conversations and a couple of video calls with Rob from their tech support team. Always patient, spoke with me in layman's terms, and worked through the gremlins. A great product supported by excellent people. Rob in particular is a credit to Mixergy, so my recommendation to Mixergy Management is simple: don't let him go (and give him a pay-rise!!)

We've had our tank installed now for 3 years and it's awesome. Works really well with our Octopus tariff and energy consumption is way down. Knowing how much hot water is in the tank is really nice and the reheat is super fast - highly recommend : )

Had the tank for a while now and its saving me having the boiler going as it heats just what we need off the panels. Annoying when I forget to turn it off on a Tue when it wants to heat a full tank and I have no use for it. Brilliant when you just want a bit of water for a shower and no need to heat a tankful. It has certainly lowered our carbon footprint which was our primary aim.

Kaz has been so helpful and patient while assisting me with a problem and several questions I had with our water tank.
Our new Mixergy system is amazing and am slowly, with Kaz's assistance understanding it's optimal workings better.

Had a problem as my boiler was not heating up I tried to get it sorted through the landlord and the contractor who built the property but to no avail after a day trying I contacted Mixergy themselves I left a message on the answering service and they called me within an hour and because the boiler is online and they can see the problem they talked me through how to put it right. Turns out I didn't need an engineer the immersion had just tripped out. Rob and Kaz told me where to find the trip switch and it was back in action I have to say excellent customer service and the boiler is really cheap to run as it learns what you use and only heats up what it thinks you need but you can easily override it from an app on your phone and boost it dead easy.Would I recommend Absolutely best boiler I've ever had your in complete control and excellent customer service 👍
