BEWARE!!! This girl who goes by the name of Dani Young, is a scammer!! She operates under different shop fronts(Millie & Blake on Etsy & Dani + me on shopify) - I have since learned that she previously had her very first children’s clothing business shut down, & I can see why! She will take your money promptly and not deliver any goods! Paid for next day delivery for my order not to arrive and ALL correspondence ignored by her. I have now reported both shops to trading standards and sadly, I have had to raise a chargeback against her to get my money back. Shambolic service is what I’ve heard from other customers who have too, been stung by DANI YOUNG - numerous parent forums online have dozens of customers who have also fell victim to this fraudster. My advice? If you don’t want to spend weeks chasing an order that will never arrive, then use your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Placed an order 17th July for two baby items. Chased these twice - no answer. Is this company still trading or do they always perform this shockingly

Order never arrived, company never gave me an estimated delivery date or responded to my emails. Waste of money.

Recently ordered some personalised pjs and jumper for my son, I must have selected the wrong colours and they kindly contacted me to double check the order was correct. After updating them I received my items within a few days, they are perfect and I would definitely use the company again. Love the items.

Wouldn’t recommend. Ordered a t-shirt for my sons 1st birthday but it was sent to the wrong address and they have taken no accountability or offered any solutions.

I brought a sweatshirt for my granddaughter who is autistic the wording on it was beautiful. She loved the colours I chose. For a unique gift I would definitely recommend you. Service was quick and the sweatshirt was good quality.

Came here to read the customer service reviews and could not agree more. Tried to blame me for poor quality pyjamas for selecting the wrong colours and lower case font!! Need to work on their website and customer service. Shame, potential to do well as a business but their customer service lets them down badly, so only be a matter of time before this catches up with them. I’m left with a pair of pyjamas, with non legible print and out of pocket, however I have ordered elsewhere, supporting a smaller business with a far more personable service.
