Only popped in to look for replacement black patent boots and came out with perfect boots plus pair black loafers that happened to be sitting on the cash desk in my size...all for £30...hard to beat.

Logan in the Doncaster store was amazing and helpful today.
We were buying walking boots for my daughter and he was so helpful in bringing different styles and sizes so we could find something that suited her and she felt comfortable in. He was knowledgeable and offered some great advice. A credit to the Doncaster store is Logan

The customer service is worse the useless. I bought two shoes 1 slip on & one pair of shoes. They sent two sets. I was told to. Take it to a evri point. I couldn't I was ill. So I offered to buy the extra shoes nothing. I was honest enough to tell them they'd sent 2 sets instead of one. I haven't heard anything from them. I am extremely retisent to deal with them again. The way I've been treat is outrageous. & dissapointing the shoes are still in a wynsor bag. I have replied to wynsors only to be accused of being dishonest. I am retisent to reply. This has gone on too long. I was honest now I seem to be being hounded by wynsors

So disappointed with this company. I ordered some Adidas trainers for my son for Christmas. I get him a pair every Christmas.

He wore them for about 10 minutes and they pinched and rubbed his heels so he had to return home and change. He had thought they were tight due to newness.

I returned these for quality control and they were found to be the incorrect size. So rather than offering to refund or replace I was told that as they had been worn (for at the most 10 mins) they could not offer a refund and I had to organise for the to be collected for return!

I actually asked if they were kidding. They had sold faulty goods, they wouldn't replace them and had the audacity to tell me I had to arrange and pay for the collection and return! What a cheek and terrible customer service.

I received a reply saying as a gesture of goodwill they would refund me.

Am I wrong to have expected to have been refunded or a replacement made? They had sold me faulty goods for which I am sure I am entitled to a refund, but make it sound like they are doing me a BIG favour and making a goodwill gesture.

I will not be using them again and you have lost a regular customer.

Brilliant Service.The staff go above and beyond every time we go in .My husband has great problems with shoes and as his foot has been broken. Nothing is to much trouble for them. We have shopped there since the opened in Swalwall.

Helpful with us not knowing what work shoes to get great communication and service and thanks for your help

Visited the Macclesfield store to buy a pair of wellies. The female assistants were very helpful and engaging and my purchase was good value. A positive experience.
