I am very sorry we do not send returns labels with orders as standard. We are a small family business and our returns are very minimal so we do not have a returns label service. We are however happy to receive returns and solve any problems that are brought directly to our attention, and of course we can pay for return postage where the fault is ours. The best way to contact us is through the contact form on our website, or via the other contact details provided on the invoice. We have emailed you from our website and hope to improve your experience from a 1 star to a 5 star review - just let us know what we can do to fix this for you.

I am very sorry to hear this, I wish you had contacted us on receipt for a return and full refund, I hope your emails did not get lost. Sorry it is a few months later but we didn't realise you had a problem, is there anything we can do now to improve your experience from a 2 to a 5? We usually inspect carefully before packaging, was the product faulty in some way?

Bendy Headbands are the best and you have the best price.
I tell you girl if you ever started using bendy headbands you will just love them. For what ever reason men like them on you also. Yes, men. Why I have men say love that bow in your hair. I wish more women would wear them! That was awesome coming from a man. I want so solid colors also. Please get some solid colors.

Mia's Accessories heeft een groot aantal producten en de site nodigt uit om alles te bekijken. Het bestellen en betaling zijn makkelijk en de communicatie uitstekend. Omdat er iets niet direct leverbaar was, moest ik even wachten maar dat viel mee. De producten waren naar verwachting goed.
Heel attent vond ik een kortingsbon n.a.v. mijn verjaardag!
