The service I received from Josh was amazing. I needed a ring a month before my trip to Iceland, New York and Canada to propose over the 2022 Christmas break and he managed to advise me on creating the perfect engagement ring. He was able to find my fiancées dream ring for the best price, including 1 carat more than I thought I could get.

Everything was done to an impeccable standard with the team at Aspire Diamonds creating the ring within 2-3 weeks when it normally takes eight weeks. They even ensured it got safely couriered (despite strikes via the usual channels) so I had it in time before we flew.

I am grateful for Josh and how he saved the day. I would recommend using him to anyone who reads this review.

Outstanding staff, selection and prices. Josh gave my group a complete personal experience service and helped me to pick everything I was looking for - engagement ring setting, diamond, wedding ring groom and bride. He quietly understood our tastes and gave great recommendations which we followed. Definitely recommend to anyone around the UK to make the trip as it will be well worth it.

Popped in to pick an engagement ring over the weekend and, having tried a number of establishments in the jewellery quarter, Aspire were comfortably the most accommodating.

Jasmine and the team were lovely and treated us more like family than customers. All of our questions were answered, everyone took genuine interest in us and what we wanted and everything was delivered with a mile-wide smile.

Would certainly not hesitate to recommend to anyone in a similar situation to ourselves and will be back for the wedding rings when we get back from Vegas!

I lost my wedding ring and in late summer / early autumn 2017 wanted a replacement one. Although I couldn't remember which jeweller's I had purchased the first one from, we happened upon Aspire.

The service was great. Friendly, seemingly very professional and unhurried. We paid a fair bit more for a similar ring but it was 14 years later. The ring was delivered within the time limit we were told to expect by courier without any problem.

With luck, I will not need to buy another ring but I would happily recommend Aspire.

Came to purchase an engagement ring last minute. Found one on Monday, it was ready by Wednesday. An amazing ring at such a great price as well. Can not fault the service I received!

Bought a 5 stone diamond ring from them 3 years ago, it was good value compared with other shops but had to wait far longer than was estimated and then received a call to say that 18c yellow gold had been used for the bridge and shoulders instead of platinum - they offered to 'plate' it which I declined and asked for my money back, at which point they declared they could get the ring done to spec in double quick time. They did and I was delighted. Fast forward 3 years, I was in the market for a ring to accompany the first ring - decided I would go back to Aspire so that it would match my first ring so made an appointment. My husband and I turned up to met by surprise by the young lady in there. She advised the person who should be seeing us was off sick - but asked what was it we wanted. All the time we were stood at the counter, no personal service, no indepth discussion about what we wanted, we were expected to choose from what was there. I explained we had spent a lot of money with them previously and was looking to spend a lot again, but all we received was a bit of a chippy response from the young lady who forgot herself for a moment. We left and spent a lot of money in another shop that showed a lot more in the way of customer service - Poor, very poor and you lost a lot of business that day!!!! I NOTE THERE ARE ATTEMPTS TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW NO DOUBT BY THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AS I CANNOT VERIFY ANY PURCHASE! TOO RIGHT!!!!
