I had such a great experience getting my engagement ring resized here. Because my knuckle is quite a bit bigger than the base of my finger, simply resizing the ring wasn’t really an option, but they were incredibly helpful and recommended adding sizing beads instead.

They also cleaned and polished my ring at the same time, and it now fits perfectly and looks beautiful!

Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to what I needed. I also really appreciated that they encouraged me to come back after wearing it for a few days if anything didn’t feel quite right or needed adjusting although there was no need!

Overall, an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend them!

They did a great job up sizing my Mums wedding ring. Very helpful and personable. Have suggested to my sister that she uses them as she has a cygnet ring that needs down sizing

I had the claws on my ring re tipped and the workmanship was great, ring came back sparkling like new and was sent back to me securely and promptly upon completion.
