suffice to say I had a hard time getting set up, Ace tried to help me via email at first , but me being not so tech savvy, I did not understand the instructions he gave me, so he ended up giving me a phone call and took the time to explain to me all in details over the phone and via Skype, very few sellers will actually do that. I had trouble with an implementation language and directly support

Product defective. Charger not working. And above all no one to do anything but people employed for sweet talking. I bought a 300 $ phone and it had no network. Had to pay $50 to get software modification.There s no customer care at all.pls buy as if u r buying from local fish market and don't expect if anything is not working.

Chinese shops are hard to trust and this is where Merimobiles Excels, they have people on their chat that actually speak english, and they reply to your emails. I purchase the Iocean X8, great phablet and fast deliver, thanks

Ordered a Cubot One phone. The email responses were a little slow coming through and the confirmation of proof of postage (as advised) was a little slow but the phone arrived in two weeks to UK. It was packaged very well and labelled as an MP3 player worth $25. I paid via Visa and took the normal Singapore post option.

Not much more that I can say other than the phone is well made and an excellent replacement for my Galaxy S3 that I broke. The instructions (not read) were in English and once the battery was charged I put in my sim card (3 network) and the phone was working straight away without having to update any settings. The phone is running Android 4.2.2

I 've made 5 purchases from merimobiles for me and some friends. All products were sent at the right time, with no delays and in perfect condition. Once i had a techical issue with one of them and technical support guided me in the right way, so i was able to fix it very fast. I'm completely satisfied with merimobiles and i 've already suggested this online store to all my friends.

I bought a Lenovo p780 phone from merimobiles at 5.3.2014. and it arrived at my local post office on 24.3. all that via Singapore post, 5 days out of 19 were spent on internal merimobiles order processing. I got the phone with a broken touchscreen and reported the problem immediately to merimobiles, the response from their techsupport was very slow so after a couple unanswered e-mails (a few of them did get answered after all) I started a dispute on paypal. Right after I started the dispute they have become much much more responsive - it took them just 15 minutes to send me a response and i received a couple of more e-mails in the next two days. The excuse from the tech support guy for not answering my mails was - his internet connection was down :))))
The end result of all that was the fact that I got my money back but I had to pay for return shipping and also some 70 $ of customs and VAT that of course were not refunded.
My final opinion about merimobiles is that they are common crooks, if there is any problem don't count on their tech support, the only language they understand is "paypal dispute"
This was the first and the last time I have ever bought anything from merimobiles and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone out there.

I have been purchasing phones from Merimobiles for a few years now and I am always satisfied with their services. Just received the Mlais M9 and it is an excellent phone. Octacore and with all the things you might expect from a brand phone that you pay $ 500 more.!!! This is my second Mlais but have bought from Merimobiles for quite some time now.
They have an outstanding service and, afetr a few years dealing with them you can't help but to become a friend.
Jay and Ace have been ever so helpful but so did everyone else in the Company. This a place where you can trust to have a very good service all the way up to the after buy service. Buy with confidence.

I bought Huawei G-700 smartphone. Delivered undamaged, with all accessories. I am very satisfied with their services. Definetely will use their services again.

I ordered a Lenovo phone from Merimobiles on March 4, and selected Singapore Post which was announced as a "recommended shipping" method.
Merimobiles refused to ship the phone until I pay them another $15 for upgrade to DHL express shipping. 3 days later they had finally managed to send me a Paypal invoice and marked the order as "shipped" with a DHL tracking number.
DHL tracking said "shipment information received" but nothing else happened. After 11 days and several (not very helpful) messages to Merimobiles, they blamed the delay on DHL. But suddenly there was a new tracking number, and this new shipment was prompty processed and delivered to me by DHL within 3 days. So finally I received my phone 17 days after the order (of which 14 days were lost in Merimobiles's internal processing), 15 messages back and forth, and $15 extra fees.
Every $ you save at Merimobiles, you lose in quality of service.

When I bought a phone from merimobiles, I was quite scared, given that its an unknown company with no offices in Europe. But I was genuinely so impressed. The phone arrived after a few weeks.

After 2 more weeks the phone had a technical fault- I again was worried, and explained the situation to merimobiles. But they happily agreed to replace the phone (after I returned the broken one) and the phone has been working well ever since. I now have a much better phone then I could afford in Ireland. I would however add a word of caution: firstly, import charges can be very high (I paid €50 in tax for a €200 phone) and, the entire process of returning the phone and getting it replaced took about 2 1/2 months, which is quite awhile. But overall I would recommend them, especially if you want to save a bit of money.

About my order the Galaxy S4, I am satisfied with the quality of the phone and its delivery, although I encountered difficulties in programming the French language for device applications, but for this you can count on the help of customer service, and particularly Ace has that I thank for his assistance and recommended solutions and to listen on customer satisfaction and remains at your disposal if needed.

I bought a phone from Merimobiles.com over 2 weeks ago. Having placed the order I inquired about the status of my order. I was then told that they didn't have the phone in stock. I asked for a refund and was persuaded to wait a couple of days to see if the phone could be sourced. After 2 days of waiting I asked for an update, and was told that the phone was in stock, but that my card needed to be verified. So, the next day I gave them my number to verify on, low and behold, no phone call. Talking to them on their live chat system, I was told that the phone was out of stock. ("It's a hot selling phone", I was told...hmmmm....).

Accepting the dubious claim I asked for a refund. It has been over two weeks since I ordered a phone I believe they never actually had in stock, and I still don't have a phone, or a refund. It's frustrating because the money I have tied up with them is to be used to replace my non functioning phone.

The bottom line to this review is to warn that they sell phones they don't actually have. While I appreciate that it can be risky to buy lots of stock that may turn out to be unsellable in a months time, I find the lies and length of time it has taken for a refund entirely unacceptable.

Customer service can be hit and miss. Sometimes I'd speak to a helpful agent, other times I'd get lies.

BUYER BEWARE, if you don't have enough disposable cash to cover waiting absolutely ages to be refunded for a transaction that never should have taken place, avoid this store.

I'll be posting this on all the review sites I can find.
