Like most others

Like most others, this company is unbelievably poor. Will assess you quickly to get you on board, but when it comes to meds they will do everything to get out of it.

Out of 6!! Appoints one clinician turned up She’s was absolutely useless and didn’t know what was going on.

Now having been on meds, and having life changing changes, I’m having to face the reality that I’ll be unable to get medication out of these people for no other reason than their incompetence.

Do yourself a huge favour and avoid these people.

This company is actively breaking the law

This company is incompetent, not fit for purpose and is actively breaking the law. They committed a serious medical data breach and are doing absolutely nothing to correct it.

I recently underwent both ADHD and ASD assessments with Medinet Minds/HH Minds via Right to Choose.
I was diagnosed with both ADHD and ASD as a result.
However in the ADHD Part B diagnosis report, somebody else's very serious and sensitive medical information has been included in my report and mixed in with small amounts of my own information. This is a very serious data breach of special category medical data, that this company should be taking seriously. However despite following their complaints procedure, sending 5 lengthy complaint emails, ringing their “patient feedback” line every day for 30+ days and having that not be answered a single time, being told by their staff they do NOT have a DPO despite being legally required to have one and stating they do in their privacy notice which is another breach, and after nearly 2 months since submitting my complaint about this data breach I have had zero communication from them, despite ringing them to chase hundreds of times at this point, and everyone on the end of the phone is unqualified and doesn’t have a clue about what’s going on or what to do.

The incompetence is astounding, this company will actively commit data breaches of special category medical data and do nothing to remedy it. I still have not received my amended ADHD diagnosis report after nearly 2 months. I reported this to the ICO and am in the process of complaining to the commissioner and parliamentary ombudsmen as this is a disgusting legal breach, not to mention they are breaching their own complaints process and lying on their privacy notice.

Do not use this company for anything if you value your mental health and your sensitive medical data as they are completely and utterly unqualified and incompetent.

DO NOT use this company

for the sake of your own wellness DO NOT use this service. Communication via email or phone is impossible, the links to appointments often don't work. Recently i had connection issues with a titration appointment - by the time i managed to connect (no more than 5 mins later) the clinician had gone (they are meant to wait for 10 mins) and i could get hold of no one to resolve this. This was an appointment that should've seen me move up to the 70mg dose of ADHD medication but instead it left me without medication. effectively in 'cold turkey' and unable to get hold of anyone for almost a week - which as you can imagine led to withdrawal symptoms and poor mental wellbeing. When they eventually read my pleading emails they said i would receive a pharmacist call the following day for emergency medication - again, this never came. Another wait for 4 days before anyone replied to my emails - and they again said i would receive a pharmacist call the following day. This time i did receive a call but the pharmacist wouldn't prescribe emergency medication due the time period i had had no meds. Instead i was told i would have to wait for my next booked titration appointment, which was over a week away and during that appointment i would likely be taken back to the start of the titration process and put down to 30mg - a dose that has no effect on my adhd symptoms. This company are dangerous and neglectful, their communication is the worst i have ever encountered. Avoid at all cost.

Awful

Awful! Both screening and assessment B they did very basic questions that you could fill in on a free online test. Assement B, I was rejected of being diagnosed as it required childhood answers but my parents do not remember that far back. The assessor did not care to help me understand questions which is vital if I do have Autism! I need Clarity!! Id say to get help elsewhere!!!

One of the worse medical experiences…

One of the worse medical experiences ever. First off came the constant texts and emails often with contradictory info leading to confusion with appointments, having to fill the same forms over and over, appointments arranged with no notification to me, multiple appointment dates sent for the same assessment. The admin side of things was awful. I told them this wasn’t acceptable when the people they were assessing likely had problems with keeping organised. They clearly didn’t care as it only continued. It was made worse for me because they were also sending me all my daughters messages and appointments as well despite us constantly giving them her own contact details.
Eventually I was diagnosed with adhd and autism but was unable to complete titration as I was on some other meds which meant I could not start meds for neurodiverse conditions. I was offered psycho education instead. They kept sending dates for me to choose from and when I tried I got messages that those dates were no longer available and I needed to wait for the next dates to be published. During this time I kept asking when they were sending my reports to my GP as they hadn’t got them and I had only received my autism report and no adhd. I then got a txt saying I had missed a call from them and asking me to call them on a specific number. After hours of calling this number and nobody there picking up no matter what time of day I called I gave up.
Today I received a message they are discharging me due to me not being contactable. They tried calling me once. Good riddance to the most shambolic excuse for a health company as my mental health has suffered from being involved with these incompetents.
After months of this I still do not have my report and neither does my GP. Don’t waste your time and look for another company.

Incompetent Clinicians

Incompetent Clinicians

I had an appointment with Mr. Mark Sunu-Attah to begin titration for ADHD medication.
7 minutes late for appointment, and when I told him my weight and height, he has incorrectly heard me. With this completely incorrect information he's calculated my BMI to be borderline skeletal and I am quite clearly not underweight.

I have been refused medication due to this admin error, which I am attempting to overturn unsuccessfully.
I have called the customer service team twice now and been told they would call be back- hasn't happened both times.

Don't reply to customer complaint emails either.

In a nutshell I have been refused care because a clinician has inputted my weight as 5 stone instead of my actual weight, and now the company refuses to deal with the issue.

This could quite easily be resolved however they are choosing to ignore me and palm me off.

If I could give 0 I would

If I could give 0 I would.
Although I have been diagnosed… my assessor fell asleep during the call.

I don’t know what to think. I don’t know if diagnosis are being given for the sake.
I am going to look into other options

This company is totally unprofessional…

This company is totally unprofessional and simply not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs. They have consistently issued me with an assessment report with an incorrect name (first name AND surname) to me, together with blatantly incorrect and inaccurate medical details about my medical history. This is appalling. These documents form part of my medical record and should be wholly accurate. If I had not checked, they would have contained significantly erroneous information. It is a basic requirement to get the patient name and medical history correct. This is woeful poor practice.

Not only that, my experience with the clinicians has been consistently poor. Clinicians consistently calling me by an incorrect name (surely Anna is not that difficult to get right), with accents so strong it is impossible to understand them, and becomes embarrassing to keep asking them to repeat the question, as well as repeatedly using idioms and phrases that have a different meaning in the UK, and affect the nuance and meaning of the discussion.

I kept being given incorrect information which has elongated the timescales, and they just WILL NOT reply to emails. I am STILL waiting for my titration appointment, and have emailed 4 times with a complaint about my name on the report. No one will answer. Avoid at all costs. A totally unprofessional organisation.

If I could give it 0 stars I would

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have already been diagnosed with ADHD in another country, but the UK can't accept that diagnosis to prescribe meds. I have severe mental health issues within the time of PMDD, due to this they have discharged me at the last hurdle. So they get paid for seeing me from the NHS but have actually done nothing to help me. I now have to go back to the back of the waiting list and wait to see a non virtual assessment team. Please note, due to this being a virtual team all working from their homes, who knows who can hear you, they are unable to assess sever mental health issues.

I’ve had a positive experience…

I’ve had a positive experience with this service as a Right to Choose patient. Assessment A gave me plenty of useful questions to think about, and Assessment B complemented this really well.
There was an issue with my original Assessment B appointment, as nobody joined the appointment and I did not receive a response from the admin team when I tried to contact them. However, this was eventually resolved and a new appointment was arranged. The doctor who completed my Assessment B was very professional, thorough and made me feel that my experiences were being taken seriously.
As a woman in my late 20s who has lived with ADHD and possible autism-related difficulties for most of my life, I had been masking quite a lot and was anxious about whether my experiences would be recognised. However, throughout the assessment itself I felt listened to, understood and treated with respect.
Receiving an ADHD diagnosis has been incredibly important for me, as it has helped me make sense of difficulties I have experienced for many years and will hopefully allow me to access the right support going forward.
Despite the initial difficulty around the Assessment B appointment, I’m very grateful for the thoughtful and professional way my assessment was ultimately carried out and would recommend the service.

Poor quality of care

I chose them as my Right to Choose provider when they were still called Health Harmonie Minds. They did diagnose me, and have been prescribing the meds I would like to try, but I've never remotely had the feeling that they care about my wellbeing. During any appointments I've felt like the doctor wasn't really listening to me, and their whole admin system seems to be a shambles.

Diagnosed under NHS Right to Choose on…

Diagnosed under NHS Right to Choose on June 17th. Medinet Minds is now withholding my written report, claiming care is paused, and has sent automated emails trying to get me to drop off the NHS list to pay them privately for an assessment. Shocking clinical governance and zero continuity of care.

AVOID!

AVOID!

Do not care about patient safety

Edit: Above still stands. I knew something wasn’t right with this service. I complained back in March and no response from the HH governance email they give out for complaints.

Anyone else been stuck on the stupid Monsenseo app that just keeps reminding you to fill in a form constantly. Little and late or no communication from the supposed Titration Team.

This service is dangerous with controlled medications. I no longer trust them.

No one cares

Been trying to get an extension on some medication for 2 weeks while I go on holiday. What should be a simple yes, no, or you have to do this turned into 'we'll look into it' or 'we will contact you as soon as possible'

When I'm taking a medication that has some really annoying withdrawal effects I would like to be treated with respect or at least be informed. Multiple emails which they seem to only answer the easiest question and just ignore the other one. And phone calls with those with thick accents. I have autism and this company specialises in Autism and ADHD, we are notorious for not being able to understand those with thick accents. The number of times I had to say 'sorry what did you say?' or 'could you please repeat that?' made me feel like a terrible person.

Even my pharmacy called them up because they were confused by their text messages. And somehow they got information that I was never told.

Honestly, just don't. If you're desperate for a diagnosis, then the waiting times I had were quite short, but It's not worth the blatant disrespect in my opinion. Now I'm going on holiday while having withdrawal effects.

Assessor fell asleep mid video call

Assessor fell asleep mid video call. They didn’t appear to care and continued to sit there with their eyeballs rolling in their head, head falling over etc.
When I said I didnt understand a question they said “ok” and moved on, no attempt at explaining, they seemed so bored. It was obvious that they didn’t see me as a person who deserves professionalism, they just saw maximum social awkwardness/delay with no carer/other adult present and took advantage. I became overwhelmed and got tearful, they offered no comfort, sat in silence and then they moved onto next question. They didn’t listen to my answers, they didn’t have to listen as they had made up their mind within minutes, they went on the first assessors notes which stated my “diagnosis was obvious as my traits were very strong. They were not experienced enough to be delivering life changing diagnosis. Their “observations” were rehearsed and not related to the meeting we were in. This company is going to misdiagnose a lot of people, no amount of changing names is stopping it. Health harmonie, medinet, whatever, I am appalled.

Repeatedly Ignored Despite Raising Serious Concerns

Rebranded this week - previously Health Harmonie Minds

I've been with Health Harmonie Minds (HH MINDS) since March 2026 after moving from a private provider onto shared care. I chose HH MINDS because they had one of the shortest waiting times. My mum joined shortly after me and, unfortunately, both of us have experienced ongoing problems.
One issue is a lack of consistency in the appointment process. Patients are expected to receive appointment notifications by text, along with reminders to submit blood pressure readings beforehand. On numerous occasions, I've received a blood pressure reminder without having an appointment scheduled, meaning I've had to chase the service myself to find out what is happening.
My main concern, however, is that I do not feel listened to, to a potentially dangerous degree.
I have been taking the same medication since before joining HH MINDS and have repeatedly explained that I do not feel it is helping. My ADHD symptoms have affected my ability to function day to day, contributed to a very low mood, and almost resulted in me failing my first year at university. Each time I have raised concerns, I have largely been told that medication is "not a silver bullet".
After my mood deteriorated significantly, I stopped taking the medication altogether in June. On 10 July, after once again receiving a blood pressure reminder without an appointment, I emailed HH MINDS explaining that I had no appointment booked, had stopped taking my medication, was struggling with university and daily life, and was experiencing an increasingly low mood. The email was acknowledged through the automated response, but I never received a personal reply. Instead, I simply received a text confirming an appointment.
That appointment took place on 14 July. During it, I explained in detail that I had been off medication for almost a month, that I was struggling significantly, and that I wanted to discuss changing medication rather than continuing with a treatment that I did not feel was working. While the practitioner was polite, I left feeling that my concerns had not been addressed. I was advised to try a different brand of the same medication and was prescribed a dose equivalent to the one I had previously been taking, despite having been off medication for nearly a month. I had understood that after a significant break, medication would normally be restarted at a lower dose and gradually increased, so this decision concerned me.
This left me feeling as though either I had not been listened to, or that the seriousness of my concerns had not been recognised. I was upset after the appointment but did not feel confident enough at the time to challenge the decision.
On 15 July, I emailed again, setting out in detail how much I was struggling and reiterating my concerns about both my medication and my deteriorating mood. Once again, I received only the automated acknowledgement. At the time of writing, 21 July 2026, I am still waiting for a response.
What I find most concerning is not that treatment decisions differ from my expectations, but the lack of communication and responsiveness when a patient reports that they have stopped taking their medication and are experiencing a worsening low mood. I would expect concerns of this nature to be acknowledged and responded to in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner.
