This company overcharged my account and have sent a letter advising they cant issue a refund. That is MY money, you have zero right to it.

Edit-If you had let the phone ring i may have actually had chance to speak to you- you 'called' twice i had my phone in my hand and it rang for maybe a second, im guessing so this could just be marked as a call was attempted on my account.
I have spoken to your agents twice on live chat, i sent an email four days ago which has been ignored. I will not waste my time trying to call just issue my refund, you have no right to have taken extra.

Not impressed, a company dealing with finances yet tell lies, been promised and promised and email I need for weeks now and running out of time, have I had it, nope...so call up and go though it all again and another promise of an email, even confirmed my address, alas, no email...shame on you

Have dealt with Moorcroft over many years ,always respectful and willing to listen to your situation and come up with a solution,as long as your are respectful to them .

This company does everything possible to make your debt problem easy to repay be honest I have personal health issue but explain to staff only happy to help you

They sent me an email saying I owe eBay a few quid. (I don't).

I contact them and they won't discuss without me providing my home address and date of birth.

No chance, if they had that information they would have written to me already instead of some shady email so I ring off.

I got myself into difficulties paying my credit card debt. I told my bank, and they referred me to Moorcroft to recover this debt.
I have found Moorcroft to be non-judgmental, polite, helpful, and fair in assessing what monthly payments I can realistically afford to pay, and setting up a repayment plan which is working successfully for me.

I was nervous at first, but Eliose soon put me at ease. She was softly spoken but very knowledgeable and completed my application and gave me my new payment. She provided me with bank details so I could make a payment that day and also details so I could set up a standing order. The service I got was excellent and would recommend Moorcroft. Thank you.

Good customer service when you need to contact them

Overall I reached my goal paying off. I had full control what I paid into via standing order. No negative as I had paid every week. Small amount but cleared over year ish.

Fraudulently claiming for an unpaid bill when no amount due (and I checked with my mobile provider to be absolutely sure).
Using address details from 2 years ago - so don't know where they are buying their dodgy data from!!
Impossible to get through on phone to challenge them in person.
Website requires you to 'create an account' to register a complaint - why would I do that when I dont owe anybody anything??

Update 06052025: Moorcroft response does not cover the fact that there is no/has not been any debt between me and my mobile provider and there is no reason for them to be contacting. Mobile provider confirmed again today that they have not instructed Moorcroft.
