My experience in the store was amazing all the workers were very helpful especially suleman. He gave us all the options and showed his knowledge in suits and helped me pick out the perfect suit.

I was panicking last minute for a suit for a wedding and was completely saved by Jamal in the Stratford Westfield store. Incredible service from the moment I walked through the door. He got my sizes absolutely perfect just by eye and helped my as I tried items on. I left feeling very happy, brilliant service 👏🏻

Unbelievable experience Sands was the best retail advisor I’ve ever experienced in my life I got the service that you would get in harrods buying 10 suits worth a fortune .. actually I’d probably say this service at MC was better.

The store in Westfield Stratford provided phenomenal customer service experience, especially Lauren!! She was superb! We walked in as a group of 6 to get suits for a wedding and she attended to all of us. Helped with choice and managed all the different personalities with great adaptability. We are all shapes and sizes and she knew exactly what sizes to get. Amazing amazing service from Lauren and will for sure recommend for any wedding groups that are struggling.

1000% the best store for customer service in Westfield stratford. Although very busy with many customers buying suits, Jamal went above and beyond with size that suits your fit..excellent in every way. Myself and my friend were extremely satisfied. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you so much Jamal for your excellent customer service while under extreme pressure of a very busy day.

I was in desperate need of a new suit. I hadn't really bought a proper in over a decade maybe longer. I went into the Luton Branch and a young lady called Noemi took her time to help me out. Nothing was an issue. She had to keep dashing away to find my size. Helped me with the suit, shoes, tie and just nothing was too much. Very friendly lady and a real asset to the store. I know where I will be going when I get another suit.

Layla helped me with finding a suit that I was more than pls with. Her customer service was excellent. Went to 3 different shops and she made me feel comfortable with my fitting and new what was good for my size and build. Will definitely be using this shop for future suits and purchasing other clothing. 💯recommendation for this unbelievable experience. Thank you.

Very friendly staff especially Vicky who was very helpful. The store had a decent range of summer clothes for men and the prices were not to bad either. Would definitely recommend.
