Issues identified with my vehicle was rectified when reported.

The car is fantastic, customer service was pretty good as well.
Unfortunately at some point they have put the incorrect address on the registration document meaning I never received the log book. Called them multiple times but it was never resolved so needed up paying for a new one myself.

I had plenty problems with the car i purchased from this company. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them. They also help with financing the car and the company they use charges you 3 time the car value

Very careless

I went there for a specific car but found out that I actualy don't like it. I went around looking for something, for "the one". Even if I booked a viewing for one, I had other cars in my mind. As I didn't like the one that I booked for, I started looking around, they have a good variety of cars, there was no pressure to buy, no side eyes. Eventually I have found one, but was not sure if that is "the one". Maria was very helpful, explaining everything, making a discount where it was possible. All my concerns were answered and I walked out with my new car.

AVOID at all costs this dealership sells faulty cars and has poor customer service. There service station does not fully repair cars that are faulty or try to find the actual fault. They become rude and avoidant as well as dismissive when you have an issue

When we first went to McCarthy cars we were treated so well by Maria. On finding a car to purchase Maria told us that we had to take out the warranty otherwise they would not sell the car. Anyway we took out the warranty and three days later the car was displaying 'battery traction fault. ' Obviously we contacted Maria and stated what had happened. They asked us to bring the car in, which we did. When we got the car back it was less than three weeks before the same thing happened again. Of course we wanted a refund and stated the same but they just went ahead and stated that they had fixed the problem which was not the case.
Anyway to cut a long story short, nearly 7 months on we are still awaiting a refund.
Please be careful when buying from here. It made me wonder whey they INSISTED that warranty was taken out. Did they know the car was faulty?

The way Maria handled the query and helped me to select the car which suits me in all aspects. She also had a car with same make and model but the price was on higher side but she didn’t advised me that and helped me book the right one for me. Cheers to Maria from McCarthy Cars
