We would just like to clarify that the issue which resulted in the vehicle returning to us was investigated and was not caused by the wet belt replacement we had carried out.
Nevertheless, when you contacted us, we arranged to get the vehicle back into MB MOTORS Rugeley straight away. Our team investigated the separate issue and ensured it was rectified as quickly as possible, allowing us to get the vehicle completed and back to you within the required timeframe.
Customer aftercare is extremely important to us, and even though the subsequent issue was unrelated to the original wet belt repair, we were happy to assist and get everything resolved promptly.

MB motors bad communication
Went to mb motors to get a quote for a small bit of welding on my car the staff were very friendly and said they would get back to me with a quote. After a few days I called back to ask if I could get the quote and they said that the guy was busy and would get back to me ASAP. A week later I called again as I still hadn't heard anything, they said they would chase it and get back to me. It is now the following day and I have taken the car elsewhere and have already been quoted and booked in, i feel like this garage would be pretty good too if they got back to you.
