Adam Sutton, is what customer service should be. He went above and beyond, foreseeing possible issues on my account and very quickly rectifying any possible problematic issues. I had no idea the correct terminology to use for my complaint and he kinds and patiently gave me the right words for the piece of furniture I had called about. He explained and helped and ensured that I was completely comfortable to carry on with my query. What an absolute star ⭐️

Following a long, frustrating and tedious insurance episode lasting almost 10 months ( not the fault of MB&G ) I have finally had a resolution, due specifically to the patient, kind and resourceful service of Wesley. Additional calls have brought me in contact with Hannah and Maggie. All 3 of them have offered me courtesy and support and are a credit to your company. I am so relieved and grateful to them all.

Excellent service and prompt settlement of my claim. Initial submission was straightforward via the website, reviewed within a couple of days and approved.

We have had an ongoing claim (for a minor cosmetic repair to a settee) for months now. The whole process of trying to get hold of them has been appallingly bad and when they say they are going to investigate and ring you back, they don't.
The only good thing was the man who was sent out to do the assessment, I cannot fault him. But getting the appointment made for him to visit took lots of phone calls, time and attempts and now the appointment for the repair to be done has simply come to a halt.
This company was the only option when we purchased furniture, but when you can't get through by email or phone and they don't do what they say, we cannot rate you any lower!!!

A MB&G "insurance warranty" was included with a motorhome purchased from a dealer. When I subsequently had problems they were only interested in not incurring any costs. They wouldn't confirm cover unless the chosen repairer gave:
- Cause of the fault (for each fault)
- Breakdown of costs for parts and labour (for each fault)
- Current damp report
- PDI documents from point of sale, including PDI damp report
...even though it wasn't a Damp related issue.
No repairer was prepared to spend a huge amount of their own time dismantling the motorhome to establish cause and repair costs without being covered for their work.
MB&G tried to pass the issues back to the dealer (DG Motorhomes) who wasn't interested and pushed me back to the warranty - a complete downward spiral with me stuck in the middle.
The same happened again when the motorhome developed an engine fault a few months later.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely fantastic, I claimed on my Volkswagen Transporter engine management light issue which turned out to be a faulty AdBlue sensor & tank and MB&G were fantastic to deal with and sorted the claim out very quickly. Highly recommend

I strugled with the claim from start to finnish. Being 75 years old i am not good at using computers and emails. Also when trying to phone up was canstantly not able to get through to speak with someone. The whole experience was very stressful. Then, to top it all off my claim was not paid in full.

My annual lodge clean was missed in Nov 2024. It was cleaned very poorly in August 2025 such that I had to get another company to do this for me. No paperwork was provided for the annual lodge inspection in Nov 2024 and the annual inspection is still outstanding for 2025. I have exchanged many emails on the matters, raised a complaint with their complaints people (with no response) and the operative I was dealing with has left.....shambles is the only word to describe my experience

We had a problem with our Truma Combi Boiler and Dometic oven. Took Caravan to local repairer as there were none of MB&G recommended repairers within 80 miles. I obtained repair estimates and completed the online claim procedures including photographs. Claim was quickly approved, repairs took 2 weeks to source parts and completed. I paid the repairer directly. I submitted the invoices to MB&G online and was recompensed fully within a week.
As long as the claim procedures and requirements are complied with, this warranty product gives peace of mind should you be unfortunate to experience a breakdown. The local repairer also said that MB&G were good to deal with.

Currently being shunted about between this company and Oak Furniture over a trivial repair matter that I could resolve myself if given the materials.Their claims form cannot be completed,as it freezes up half way through.
