Maxdeals

Miss leading company make out your buying from uk company ordered product for Christmas 3 weeks before not realising it was coming from china so did not get for Christmas and now waiting for refund to be told to send back to china !at my cost or except 25% off never buy from these again

Ordered the cleanovax.. was a cheap nasty fake from china.. they would not reply to emails to help with return .. luckily I had paid on credit card so my bank got me my money back

Do not buy from this website. They will scam you. They sent me foam instead of the product I ordered.

Bought Huzinight earplugs cost £45.90 thought I was buying from a company in Uk - couldnt find anything to indicate they were from China, very misleading as its a uk website.
Earplugs arrived very poor quality
I emailed and was told I would have to pay for return postage this cost £20.00 to return.
I have just got my refund today and I ordered them back in October 2025.
£20.00 wasted - lesson learned 😡

This is not a UK company, it is misleading as .co.uk, the products are imported from China by yunexpress, although my product eventually arrived after waiting a month, I feel it is a cheap item and a rip off. Do not use this company you have been warned

Totally disgusted
I ordered a 3D pen on 13 December for my granddaughter’s Xmas Present - it STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED! The company had a 9.7 mark in a Best Product review which is absolute nonsense. I’m told it’s coming by Yun Express but is it really ever going to arrive???

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company. I bought a pair of heated socks from this company, they did not work from the start. Customer service said they would come back to me within 1-3 day as their "Technical Dept" was assessing what the problem was! Still waiting for a reply, no address to return, although I have a UK address that the items were mailed from? SCAMMERS

bought Huznite ear plugs. 50% reduction with 15% further reduction on payment. Cost £108 reduced to £43.50. I thought a good buy. Waited 5 weeks delivery (from China) Not what was promised, you can buy better from Amazon for £8 next day delivery(prime) I feel I have been ripped off by Maxdeals. I’ll put it down to experience.

Goods not delivered and no refund despite numerous emails.
They say they delivered to a different address but when I sent my own image of the street and front door it all went silent
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Total rip-off. Scam sight. Fake promotions lead you to their products. Awful customer service. Faulty, or more realistically fake, products.
Steer clear!

AVOID & A DISHONEST company

Ordered 2 x turntable from the site by error, wrote immediately to cancel. Customer Support (CS) says can be cancelled as it’s within the 6 hour period window. Although they wrote to confirm it’s been cancelled and will process the refund, they never did but continue to ship the products instead. From there on the response rate is slow from CS. CS then told me to reject drluverh but now, they refuse to refund and wanted me to return the item directly to China which I cannot anymore before they will refund. They offered partial refund which is not right!! Scammers!

Got volcapox heated gloves and didn't come with batteries. Also a week afterwards the stitching has started to split on right glove. Contacted their "24/7" customer support team and got a reply back pretty quickly. After providing pictures they said it would dealt with promptly within 1-3 business days. Have also sent more pics of stitching coming apart on the left glove. No response since then after they said would either replace or give partial refund. Now raised a claim with credit card company to get money back. The gloves heat up quickly, had spare batteries to use but run out of power after about 45 mins and have yet to see how waterproof they are in a heavy downpour. Poor service and poor quality and won't use them again.

Ordered two Cleanovax and received cheap alternatives. Lots of emails to and from as I requested full refund. They told me to return items to China at my own expense and I can’t as contains batteries. Complete scam avoid at all costs.

Scam site. Never received the correct item. Ordered a cleanovaz car vacuum and was sent an unusable fake plastic hoover you can buy from Temu for less than a tenner.

I feel ripped off and ignored! Bought two Fox deterant devices, whereby one of them after couple weeks, just started sounding a constant loud alarm, which was absolutely unacceptable for my neighbours. I contacted Maxdeals on their website, and was emailed back and asked to send video and pics of the issue, which I did. Back and forth asking same questions. This went on for weeks, till when they had everything they asked for, (Videos, pictures) they just totally ignored my emails, as well as my follow up emails to date!

Took a week to arrive, then appeared in sketchy and broken packaging with no battery so completely unusable. Very poor quality mini saw - and requiring assembly which wasn't clear. Wish I'd researched properly first + avoid at all costs.

Overpriced product, cleanovas hoover waste of good money.

Bought hiking gear got suckered by "half price" promotion. Quality of item is poor, I found I can buy a similar one at less than half the price in a uk store. Customer service is very slow and I have to ship the items to China at my cost for a refund.

Also they have reviews on their site for the item. These seem to be fake e.g. some point to trustpilot but I cannot see the source.

I ordered a pair of Vertotrek collapsible walking poles. They came from China which worried me a bit, unnecessarily as tracking was good and they arrived in reasonable amount of time. Considering how much they cost me they are good value for money. I have knocked a star off as the poles arrived without instructions (which I eventually found on the MaxDeal website).

Sells cheap products promoted by fake reviews. It's a SCAM, watch out! They will ship you a translator earbuds from China that take weeks to get to Europe, and the quality will be sub-par.
