Wish I had seen the reviews before I bought, it looked like a UK site and it’s not I think that’s Fraud. My WiFi extender has not arrived and I’ve requested a full refund but not heard anything. I’m feeling doubtful and duped by this company. Where can they be reported?

Unfortunately I appear to have fallen for the same scam as everyone else. I managed to cancel my order prior to dispatch after i discovered it was coming from China, but I have now been chasing a refund for over 2 weeks, with lip service responses. Cowboy company and avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company like the plague. Totally misleading descriptions of items which are generally junk and they make you pay to return them. Summary. Cheap Chinese junk sold by clever Chinese scammers.

Ordered a blinx eye mask that was meant to massage and heat with variable speed settings. I received an unbranded flimsy fabric eye mask with no vibration and it only heats one spot on mask. Paid 58.60
For something that is completely useless If I could give no stars I would. This company are complete scammers

The minute I wrote a review I got an answer, however my package arrived within 3 days to chine and has been sitting in customs since 24th February with no update since. I asked Max deals to refund the money as it's not my fault customs are slow but they have again not responded .It cost £20 to return a £63 product and I am still waiting a refund, it's the worst customer service I have ever experienced

The Maxdeals web site makes you think its a UK website, when the reality is, it's a Chinese website. Because I've been stung 3 times by fake Chinese site, I honestly thought I was going to be ripped off again. 2 Weeks later my motorbike helmet intercom system arrived. I haven't tested them out but they look genuine, so looking forward to testing them out. I maybe back to change my review, but so far so good.

Product out for delivery 6.30am today. 10.30 am out of stock. Full refund 3-5 days. Have I been scammed?

These guys are LIARS. I ordered and paid for their Prokisona Underwater Metal Detector. Received it today and it says the coil is waterproof but it cannot be used underwater. If I could give them a minus score I would. I’ve waited for a product from a .co.uk website and it arrived 2 weeks later from Hong Kong. DO NOT BUY OFF THEM

I ordered some dog clippers for £79 . The ones I recieved after waiting two weeks were a complete different brand . I went online to see the brand and they sent ones online priced at £24 . I contacted the company they said they are similar clippers and then ignored any other correspondence. Buy a ferrari and get a mini . It's all well and good letting other people know about these rogue traders. But when will these cowboys be closed down . It seems in CHINA pay your money then tough titty your loss

Bought cleanovaz hoover, it arrive broken and looks like a Childs toy, contacted supplier who sent emails but no action or refund at all , a waste of money

Bought an electric chainsaw and it arrived without a battery pack, so totally useless!

Like a previous reviewer I bought the HuziNite noise cancelling ear plugs and my experience is exactly the same. They are useless. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. In future I will always read reviews before buying anything on line. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I need to return a product, I have emailed them about it and was told to take a photo of it and send it them so they know it’s there product, also to send a copy if my invoice for it ???, also to state why I’m returning it then if they agree I can return it then I have to pay the postage to return.
I told them there is nowhere in there terms and conditions stating I have to do all this plus nowhere saying I have to pay the postage , I raised this with them and was told they will get there management team to contact me regarding, well surprise surprise no contact made by them and now no response to my emails.
The product was £50, I am a pensioner and can’t afford to lose this money so now don’t know what to do.

Ordered a new hydrofest de humidifier on 19/12/2025. Received on 2/01/2026. Inspected on the delivery day and although a water tray illuminated indicating that it had an electrical supply, no button turned on the unit. I complained that day and was asked to send a video demonstrating the fault and packing details all as their support team required. Eventually they accepted that the unit was faulty and gave me two options:
Option 1. Return the faulty product to overseas store and get a refund but pay for the return cost
Option 2. Accept a new unit.

I accepted a new replacement unit because that is what I wanted in the first place. The one I received being only fit for the dustbin!

Here I am now after spending a month trying to get this company to honour their promises still without a replacement! Numerous e mails forwards and backwards demonstrate Max Deals utter appalling contempt for customers in need.

Those robotic people at Max Deals who are supposed to provide customer care for faulty goods are appalling. They continuously made promises to me that the replacement was being progressed, but it’s a pack of lies. They have a perpetual patter that I don’t believe or trust and never communicate back with an update. Furthermore, when I the contact them, they hide behind another part of the supply organisation and say they will look into it but never do!

Max Deals is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and should be avoided at all costs. If they get the sale right first time you are lucky, but they completely don’t care about faulty product or the customer.

Does anybody want to risk that and end up like me?

I bought a camera from them. It’s faulty. They offer 90 day refund. It was faulty from the box. They don’t reply to emails. How can they have good reviews on their website yet they are a fraud. How else can they be reported? Does anyone know?

I ordered from this company having been redirected from a product review website. The items took a long time to arrive and when they did were not as ordered and completely unfit for purpose. They claimed the goods were worth £360, but were on a black friday offer at £200. I have been battling for over a month to get my money back and still no luck. The company poses as being UK based but is in fact in China. Avoid at all costs.

I brought a SeriEmb heated eye mask. It is faulty. I tried to report this to get a refund but no-one responds to the email support, and there is no phone number.

This is a company in Hong Kong, but from the website you think they are in the UK. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I ordered some HuziNite 2 earplugs for sleeping, as they are supposed to be noise cancelling and came with rave reviews. They cost me £54! Don’t bother. You’ll get better noise reduction performance from a cheap pair of foam earplugs from your local DIY retailer for a fraction (pennies) of the cost.
I contacted them the next day for a refund and to return them, but after an initial unhelpful response, absolutely nothing. I feel like I’ve been properly ripped off. When you open the package it doesn’t look like £54’s worth, never mind the acclaimed £100+ rrp. I can buy a really good sounding pair of Bluetooth in ear headphones (which are a lot more technically sophisticated) for half the cost of these. Very underwhelmed. Do not buy from this company.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought and Abysic waterproof camera for £225 so called rrp £400 it failed on my first use, letting in water, wouldn't lock properly, after proving it was fault by sending video footage they agree it was faulty, but said I could keep it and have 70% refund, why would I keep a faulty camera? Eventually they agreed to refund it if I sent it back. Sent back in November 2025, paid £26 with Royal Mail, it has been sat in customs in China ever since, MAx Deals have not replied to any of my messages ever since I posted it, disgusting, I want my £225 back!!!

Miss leading company make out your buying from uk company ordered product for Christmas 3 weeks before not realising it was coming from china so did not get for Christmas and now waiting for refund to be told to send back to china !at my cost or except 25% off never buy from these again
