The phone holder I needed was clearly identified, and the order process was easy! The holder was easy to install, and performed flawlessly during a recent 1700 mile trip.

The wrong product was sent. I got the one for the EV 5 not the EV 6. I wanted the one for the EV 6 it does not fit.

Not what I ordered. Little help with return/replacement. Made everything difficult. Never purchase here again. Waste of time and money.

BUT....the corners on the larger panel poked through the cover material. I would appreciate a replacement.

The cellphone holder is not what I expected. I have tried to get a refund but have not been able to yet. I keep guessing if I ever will get this refund. They keep telling me they will get back to me with a resolution. I am begging to believe I will have to just write it off because of a bad decision to purchase this product. Thanks

So I received my first one and it didn’t seem to fit it was loose and would move around so I sent them an email with video showing how it looks. They got right back to me and said they would send the right one for my car and a week later I received the new one and it fits like a glove. Thanks again

It described the item well and the phone holder for my 2024 Toyota RAV4 fit perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase.

My order was delivered in time and the mount was nice quality. I accidentally bought the wrong model year and they provided a solution very quickly.

The holder wouldn't safely hold my phone, the company sent 2 more free to try. None ended up fitting my phone due to it being large. The company was quick to reply, try other options and end up issuing a refund. Excellent customer service.

6.30: Received order and item did not come with all the parts. Contacted customer service Dany Green who stopped communication (7.2) after confirming the clip for vent was missing when sent to me. Was asked to send picture of my dash which I did and sent another picture when told my 1st picture was blurry. Dany stated: we can check if we have a better attachment that installs in another place and may work better for your car.
UPDATE: (7.10) The back and forth with Dany shows me the type of company this is. You have my money so why do anything further to rectify your acknowledgment that there was a missing part to my order. Dany claimed 'already arranged a replacement for the missing part' on 7.5 and are waiting for tracking information. On 7.9 I asked for the details to return the item - what use is the holder when I cannot attach it anywhere in my car. I was offered $11 partial refund and I can keep the item. (the item I cannot use due to missing part). Dany went on to state: 'To clarify, we do have the vent clip part. It was not included in your package by mistake, and we apologize for that. Our intention was to send you the missing vent clip so you can use the product as originally sold.' and went on to state 'We can still send the missing vent clip to you free of charge and provide the tracking information once it ships. If you prefer not to wait for the vent clip, we can offer you a $15 partial refund without returning the item.' Make that make sense please - of course it is free of charge - you did not send me what was paid for. Later in the say they upped the refund to: We can offer you either of these options: We send you the missing vent clip part this week, free of charge. We issue a $18 partial refund, and you can keep the item without returning it. Today, I sent Dany the following: 'Yesterday was when I asked the terms for a return. Yesterday! And that was due to the fact that you still cannot provide me a shipping tracking number for the Missing item. When will you send me this information Dany. This is what I want to know. When will you correct your CONFIRMED error and sending me an incomplete product?' His response is to send me a tracking link that states:

Standard shipping. No urgency from the company. This issue has been going on since June 30.

Did I mention Dany asked me to update my review to show resolution? On July 5th!

I ordered a phone holder for my car, it looked like it would fit , unfortunately it did not. I contacted the customer service on a Sunday, and they answered right away offered to find me a good one that would fit they went above and beyond try to find me one but in the end we realized my oddball car couldn’t get a custom fit one. They refunded my money right away. I would definitely recommend them and their shipping was quite amazing and informative. Thank you

The product sent did not fit my car. Another brakes was sent and it did not fit exactly either but I going use it.

I ordered a phone holder for the Volvo EX90, but received one designed for the EX60 instead. After several email exchanges, the company ultimately offered a full refund.

Their customer service was somewhat slow to respond, but they eventually resolved the issue and honored the refund.

Purchase process and shipping went very well. 1 of the items fit perfectly; however, the Wireless charger is way too small for my S26 Ultra.

I placed an order for the product I needed and it was fast and easy. This was the only site that had the exact item I needed. The fitment was a little off but nothing that was a deal breaker. I will buy from this site again in the near future.
