The marketing this company shows is completely false. I order what I believed was an authentic wreath, handmade with dried flowers grown on a property in Vermont. What I received was a hideous plastic wreath from China. 100% disappointed. Watch out everyone!!

I ordered the owl birdhouse and received a cheaply unassembled product that does not resemble what was advertised. It was definitely not built by a craftsman in North Carolina nor will it function as an owl nest. I am out $100.00. A complete bait and switch scam site with little or no chance for me to receive a full refund.

This company had no intention of delivering hand carved red cedar birdhouses made by Amos Hensley of North Carolina. No place does it say there products are ceramic and break and chip. No place does it say these are made in Hong Kong.... it says North Carolina, so why do they have to be returned to Hong Kong. They are now offering 35% refund off the total payment... this is insane. I purchased these bird houses for christmas presents, over $650 worth... It shows on their webpage, Adam Hensley carving the red wood block in North Carolina. They guarantee a 30 day refund, but then MINUS shipping this crap to Hong Kong. This should be a class action lawsuit given they never had an intention of delivering what they promised.

I ordered two homemade wooden flags. What I received was two styrofoam "flags" that were busted into several pieces.

I paid for multiple eagles for myself and friends. Not a single one has been received. I believe it’s a full time scam.

If I could give a "0" rating I would! I ordered "Nora's hand quilted/appliqued" baskets which were supposed to come from Tennessee. What I received was not hand quilted nor appliqued. Rather simple fabric with machine stitching. There was no return paperwork included and upon researching the problem, it appears I need to request a return sticker and then send to China!

This is, apparently, a completely bogus website…no full refund, unassembled wood fragments sent from Hong Kong, (not advertised owl house), made up stories about artisans. The companies that process payments should stop. This is fraud.

I ordered 2 American " handcrafted Flags" Advertisement said they were handcrafted from wood and no 2 stars were the same shape. Totally authentic. BULL.... they came in mail today and the material is a cheap plastic type board you can literally snap in two, Thats why when it arrived in the mail it was broke into A thousand pieces, It was also a fraction of the size listed. USPS will not stand behind it with their ins. because it came from China and they don't require insurance. And Good luck with trying to get ahold of that CO. Shame on them for advertising this with a Veteran and his woodworking. A COMPLETE DISGRACE.

I purchased the hand-built owl house made by Walt Hale. The product I received was not plastic (they upgraded their scam)! It was wood, but completely unusable as an owl house. The bird hole to access the box is nothing like the description or the picture, and could fit a pelican, the product is super cheap (not hand-made) and the dimensions don't work for an owl. It's a scam --- highly deceptive. I requested a refund and they required me to send the product back to Hong Kong or receive a 25% refund. This is such a unethical business. In essence you buy a $100 owl house, receive a $5 bird house and have to spend $35 to send it back - and I bet even then they don't give you a refund.

this company is a complete scam plastic molded garbage.... no bird in their right mind would ever use the house they would die of the toxic fumes 100% plastic nore even a composit not hand carved... mold ejected not one thing in their ad was true. total fabrication these are the times we live BEWARE they also use trust pilot type stars for their fake reviews .

What was described was a charming hand-carved wooden birdhouse that looked like a 'green man' $45 each. What arrived was a horrifying plastic monstrosity. Returning this means sending it back to China presumably at my expense. I don't know for sure, as they have not yet returned my messages.

This was a total scam. I ordered 2 handmade wreaths. I finally received one and it is a $5 wreath not a $50. I blame myself. I am usually better researching before I buy.

Advertised solid oak hand carved in NC, USA, birdhouse. Delivered junk molded plastic garbage. I bought 2 for my wife for her birthday. I will be thoroughly investigating any company for any item posted in a Google ad before buying from now on. Stay away from Marlow Market, they're a bunch of lying scammers. I also hold Google partially accountable for listing that scam on our pages.

They sent me a cardboard Flag that was supposed to be wood carved…

An absolute rip off! Bought the advertised birdhouse... received a resin/plastic copy of what was shown on the website. It's definitely not hand carved, that's for sure. Do not do business with this company

This scam showed up on Google's home page, along with the "normal" articles. That's how they got me. The single block of hand-carved wood bird house is a small piece of plastic/resin junk. I tried to put in a complaint to the BBB, but it wouldn't go through. Someone needs to shut this down...

I couldn’t go any lower than 1 but it’s definitely a 0. Received a dollar store plastic wreath for 50 dollars. My hopes of getting a refund are nill, it will go in trash! Lessen learned

Supposed to be a carved wooden birdhouse. GARBAGE PLASTIC one sent.

All a scam. Not hand made, not made in the USA. Ordered two bird houses that were to be hand carved by Amos, plastic junk. Trust pilot needs to condemn Marlow Market for false reviews of 4 and 5. Should be 1/4 of a star.
