SCAM
SCAM - RUN. This company drew me in with nice people and top promises, I canceled working with them as I realize they were sending me scam/fake “leads” none of their “marketing” did a thing for my business but take my money. I read up on all the lawsuits they have and employees that leave because of how terrible they are. Do your research, they have scam reviews everywhere. This company is a scam, just out here to steal your money. Save your money and stay away.
Watch out for them
Ok, I just decided to check to see what others have said. Get this, your going to like it. I had a company Site that I wanted to turn over to professionals to see what they could do to market it. Decided ok, I'll give it a shot and for the first month they were really helpful. Then, they started the site "rebuild" and things started looking strange. First, they couldn't figure out how to coordinate my booking software with everything, which is easy, made little rookie errors, couldn't do something else, I forgot, and I had to fix the backend. Ok, not a problem. Then, to get it live, they wanted me to have it own their hosting server and switch from my private hosting, which I personally know, and the hosting is awesome. Immediately, after I saw an email asking for, and I swear " I need your hosts login info to get the A records and something else. What!!! No way. Would not let them have anything and had to block the tech out of my DNS account. Hey was thoroughly confused and I told him to just leave everything alone until the other woman I was working with comes back from vacation. She comes back and she makes more sense, but insists that I switch hosting, which I didn't. Finally she says ok and says she has to send me some files so my guy can upload it, I talk to him and he says they are full of crap, and all he needs is just the username and login to the "temporary URL " they used for the rebuild and after fighting for a few days, they finally have in and we got the site live. I immediately changed the username and password. The site rebuild is better than before, but they were doing some other weird and shady things. Then, I got really busy with other stuff and stopped paying my monthly because I am writing a huge grant that us way more important and lucrative. They ler it go for a month and then ask for my payment, which is normal and I couldn't not because my funding got tied up. Finally, I read the contract and saw that I could buy out with $500, did, and basically seems like I got a $10k -15 k site for like e @ 3k. Man, if the server switched didn't raise a huge red flag, I was actually curious to see what they would do for marketing. Ya, that company kinda of sucks and I have only been doing code, backend, website stuff for a year and their expert upper levels seemed incompetent.
Avoid Madwire/Marketing 360 - Potential Class Action Lawsuit
I strongly advise against using Madwire/Marketing 360. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I paid a total of $8,765 over several months for their services, yet received no valuable data or insights into where my money was being spent. Their app provided no transparency, and whenever I asked for detailed reports, I was ignored.
If you've been affected, no matter when it happened, writing a complaint on the BBB (Better Business Bureau)and FTC (Federal Trade Commission Report Fraud)is the first step.
Worse, I’m not alone. Many others have reported similar issues, with some even stating that this company operates like a pyramid scheme. This needs to stop. A group of us are organizing a Class Action Lawsuit to hold them accountable for their fraudulent practices. If you've also been scammed by them and want to join us in seeking justice, please find me on the facebook group, the group name is, Victims of Madwire/Marketing 360 - Seeking Justice
One of the worst experiences ever
One of the worst experiences ever, they will just TAKE YOUR MONEY! I worked with them for a few months running ads for my small shop, handed them 5k per month. Results were no conversions, no additional sales, and we almost had to close up shop with how much we were putting into this with no results. It’s heartbreaking seeing how much I put into it for nothing to fruition.
Imagine how much I could have done putting 5k directly into running ads instead of paying them. They gave me some mid level website that they TOOK AWAY once I ended my contract. It’s such a shady agency, all small businesses should not work with them.
Anyone can post a ad, you want someone that actually knows how to target the right audience and get actual conversions. That’s what you expect when you pay for a professional. Go directly for a freelancer, even my marketing friends avoid agencies - People are more trustworthy than a business. 0/5 stars.
Was thinking of giving this a shot ,as…
Was thinking of giving this a shot ,as a small business owner, I am trying to grow and after reading the reviews,Wow feel bad that all these folks that got duped!!
Nightmare
It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. The sales pitch was great - they could sell water to a whale. The first round of logos they provided us were.....TERRIBLE. I mean, it looked like my 10yo nephew made them on Canva. We were shocked this was the result after forking over a hefty amount of money. We could have done better ourselves. Next was the website design. Which took forever. With spelling errors and not what we wanted or spoke about. It's like they weren't even listening. Impossible to get status updates, everything was drawn out, impossible to get ahold of our marketing "success" manager. Lots of talking in circles. Zero leads. We enabled "call tracking" and were bombarded with calls, one after the other, with people looking for a different company!!! It said these calls were the result of ads...we had no active ads running, and they had a different company linked to ours!!! IT'S ALL A SCAM, run far away!!!!
Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. The sales rep will over promise and tell you everything you want to hear. Communication was great up until they took my first check. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck with them for about 6 months hoping things would improve. I even let them know what I needed better communication.
They do the bare minimum. They don’t even take the time to learn about your business and don’t run things by you. I would find typos and content that didn’t even align with our offerings. They were constantly running behind schedule and never showed concrete metrics or results. They also make you pay for and use their $375/month software that is pretty useless.
Would have to send 2-3 emails over the course of 5-7 days before getting a response from my account manager. This was a common theme despite me bringing it to their attention.
I spent thousands with them and received no return on the marketing end. Materials produced were very basic and you could tell they were just going through the motions with no true regard for getting results.
Worst mistake
Worst mistake
I regret even talking to them. I built my own website and marketing, when I hired them, my online visits went down to almost ZERO. RUN RUN RUN
I know a lot of online reviews you must take it wih a grin of salt but this one is accurate.
Worst business mistake I have made!
As a small business I was introduced to this company by Volusion, the hosting company I have been with for 15 years, they have taken so much money from me and done just about nothing. I have been crying for help and they are just ignoring me. Totally horrified, this has been a massive rip off, their Senior marketing consultant, Dave, assured me they would be attentive and professional. Now that they have my money this guy ignores my emails and desperate requests for help. Volusion representative and Dave were in constant contact from August, they started in late September and now Dec I have nothing to show for the massive amount paid to them. How do I get help?
SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! The worst decision we made when it comes to marketing.
It's All True
It all true according to my experience! All of the reviews that I have read lead me to believe that they are all legit. My experience is very similar to all the rest of the these. I hired them in February of 2023 and thats when it all starting rolling down hill. First of all it took 3 months for them to even get my website made and up and running. They were also supposed to design my new logo (which they did eventually) but took longer to do than getting my website up.
They did nothing to improve my Google page and organic standing but they did take my money and ran paid ads with mediocre results. I ended up with 2 different marketing managers and 2 different website content managers which I never heard from. The content I asked to be placed on the website was not done so. To be honest it is hard to say if anyone is in charge at this place. I asked several times to speak with management/supervision and all I ever received was an email back from my "marketing manager" telling me that they are on track and that they have been doing everything that they are required to do and this was sent in a very defensive tone.
All in all I spent about $10,000 with them and I am not any better off than when I started with them. As a matter of speaking, I am worse off. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use Marketing360/Madwire for any marketing purposes.
On a side note, this company does not have any Google page and you actually have to look to see reviews, this is so they can try and control what people say.
This would be a long story
This would be a long story
This would be a long story. Just save yourself. They took almost 7 grand and did nothing but give a incomplete website, without doing thigs I requested.
Its even worse than that, just save yourself and use someone else.
When I'm working on my web site I get so frustrated and when that happens I will spending my time giving reviews about 360.
I think we all should get together and hire a lawyer

I see that my review back then says I'm not a real person but here I am ! My phone number is posted and I have had several calls from others that have been ripped off by them as well. TRUSTPILOT here I am am !
Stay away from this scam fraud company
Run away as fast as you can. Worst decision I ever made. High-pressure sales to get you to sign up and then you have to chase them to get anything done. And when they do get something done, it's so bad, no thought or creativity. They lie and promise everything and deliver nothing. STAY AWAY from this scam fraud company, they only want your money. I am still trying to get my money back. They laugh all the way to the bank.
Save your money and time and do even…
Save your money and time and do even think about it. They are glad to take your money and then that is the end of the story. I can't really even think of 1 good thing to say about them.
Not worth the expense
Not worth the expense!
The start of the relationship was great. I was impressed with the initial research they did and some of their thoughts. Our goal was to improve our messaging to better reflect what we do. We already had a basic wordpress site up but the info needed some work. So I signed up.
I received this video telling me what information they need so they could better understand who we are as a company and what we are trying to convey to customers. Our site was supposed to be updated to better reflect us and our mission. I created the document with all the answers and info.
Fast forward one month. I get an email that ads are ready to run. The website still has the same info on it! A bit cleaned up but all the same info. Does not reflect our goal of better illustrating us, our services or our goals. Doesn't even include one of the 2 major products we want to market!
I was told that as a promotion we would receive a video to use on the site advertising our services. This never happened and yet "we are ready to send out ads"
I am not a wordpress expert but I do not see any SEO work or plugins. I am going to have to a Marketing Director friend of mine review this and see if anything was even done.
So, now I am trying to figure out how to make all of these updates myself and paying other people to help properly display the information that was supposed be done by this group.
I can't believe how much money I spent and this the result.
Full disclosure - not a review of their product but their attitude
Full disclosure - I never ended up hiring them, so this is not a review of their performance. This is a review of my encounter with Kyle - their Marketing rep.
As an MBA graduate and the owner of a successful business I know a thing or two about how to attract customers. Clearly Kyle uses a different approach, one word to describe - pushing. Other words - aggressive, annoying, doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer. Someone you just can’t get off your back and who won’t honor your request to stop contacting you. I ended up blocking him. Whew… Definitely won’t be hiring them!!
How I Made a 180 turn from Marketing 360
worse experience every. the biggest con I've ever experience!
Small Business Beware
My actual rating is zero. If you're a small professional business looking to scale, I urge you to think twice before trusting Marketing 360 with your marketing needs. Despite their promises to help improve our website, boost organic rankings, and optimize SEO, our experience with the company was a complete disappointment. From the start, the salesperson made grand promises that never came through, leaving us feeling deceived and misled. Plus - the services offered are high priced for a small business marketing budget.
Although I had hoped that a non-local, "big" company like Marketing 360 (madwire) would be the answer to my marketing needs, the reality was far from what I expected. The first website they created for us looked like it was designed by an amateur and was actually worse than our previous website. When we decided to cancel our contract, a person higher up the management ladder convinced us that it was just a miscommunication and that things would improve.
However, five long months later and after painstaking review and corrections, we finally re-launched our website, only to find that all our thousands of dollars had gone towards re-creating a website we already had the content for that looked a little better. We have already made changes with our new company. Marketing 360 created a few new pages, and a couple of low-value videos were also done. Both required serious scrutiny on our part. It, sadly, was a complete waste of time and money.
In short, I implore you to be wary of Marketing 360's empty promises and lack of talent. Don't make the same mistake we did by trusting them with your precious marketing budget. Instead, seek out a company that values transparency, honesty, and delivering real results. Your business deserves better than what Marketing 360 has to offer.
I will admit they had a couple of nice people we worked directly with. Despite their nice demeanor, we found that the actual execution of their marketing services fell far short of our expectations. Their work was not up to par, and we were left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the results. If you're considering working with Marketing 360, I encourage you to proceed with caution and do your research beforehand. Based on my experience and the negative reviews I've seen on Trustpilot (unfortunately, after the fact), better options may exist for your marketing needs. This was a very hard lesson learned for us, and in reality, we have little trust for anyone marketing themselves as a full-scale marketing program for small businesses.
Lawsuit
I will also join anyone who wants to file a class action lawsuit against this company. They have held our website hostage and will not allow us to move it to another site even after they sent an email saying that they are going to retire the UXI platform in June. We've had nothing but terrible service with them for the past 3 years.
