Madwire provides terrible service to its customers, and its customer service representatives are awful. Beware! You'll waste a lot of time waiting for the promises made by the representatives, but they won't be able to help you with most of the problems you'll inevitably encounter. I don't recommend availing this company's services at all!

Madwire is a company that's full of liars. The services provided to me were awful and definitely not worth the price that I paid. I didn't get the level of quality that I paid for, and the customer service representatives kept insisting that I was just unreasonable. But many others can attest just how horrible and disappointing this company is.
