The delivery was quicker than anticipated, and I was updated at all times.
The screens were lovely and I love the pattern I selected, I took one star away as I was a little disappointed with the colour, I was expecting off white/ivory and the screens were brilliant white, but because I like the screens, I decided to keep them, as I didn’t want either of the other colours, just would have liked a more creamy colour, but the company I would use again as the screens were lovely,

First time I have used LS and found them to be easy to deal with and provide excellent service. I ordered 3 made to order item on Monday afternoon and they arrived on Wednesday afternoon!

Screen was well packaged and was deliovered very quickly. The screen look very nice in position and was very easy to fix to the posts.
Would not hesistate to order again if required.

EDIT... Hmmmm... so I ordered the ivory off white screens and when i popped them on the wall, they're actually brilliant white! and not ivory at all... i already have a screen from a competitor and its ivory and the shade difference is massive!!!, contacted company with comparison photo and they wont let me exchange or have a refund, even though their description of the colour of this item is so totally misleading!!! so beware!!! their ivory is white, pure, glaringly bright white!!!! im going to have to paint these now, v disappointed in their customer service in the end.... sorry ...and you were doing so well....ive had to change my 5* review to now a 2*

.Ordered and delivered within 48 hrs! I love my 2 gorgeous screens for my new garden. Had used another company in the past but their customer service was certainly NOTHING to be envious about! No worries here though, I can't recommend Luxury Screens enough thank you! ....edit....just dont be mislead by their colours and be aware they do not refund of exchange

Excellent quality product,speedy delivery. One of the post caps was broken in transit and a phone call resulted in the quick delivery of a replacement.
Excellent value for money, and exceptional customer service.

Ordered some lovely black composite screens. Although a misunderstanding with the order initially, the customer service was amazing and Amir sorted everything out by phone and email communications were easy and swift. Screens were dispatched quickly, packaged well and the composite ones we had were easy to plane a few mm off to attach to our gazebo. Brilliant company!
