Product arrived quicker than expected which was great, it also came very well packaged & the delivery guy was very helpful lifting it in for me, on opening it I was even happier with it as it looks great & will really be a focal point in the room when its fitted in place, overall I was very pleased & impressed. I would definitely recommend & use this company again.

Lovely Screens, Just no fixings with it nor did any of the front facing screw holes did not match up , tried to ring Friday but closed -The actual Screen is very well made just sorry about the fixings & holes not in line

All good but a bit to expensive…,

I ordered a 5mm 180x90 panel before xmas and felt rather smug that we received 2 panels instead of 1. However we've just got them out to and had to choose the one with the least defects. The cutting of them is unfinished or not as sharp or smooth as it should be. As both panels are identical it makes it easier to identity bits that are entirely missing and bits that are missing a chunk due to poor cutting. Anyway we've attached the better one to the wall and we like how it looks in place. Just disappointed in the quality

Just what I was looking for! For several projects around the garden. They came well packed and delivery company gave date and time for arrival which was accurate. Very pleased.

I ordered a custom longer-size trellis screen for my fence and received a prompt response. The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was surprisingly quick given the bespoke nature of the item. The items arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this service.

Paid £187 for a 1800x90 ( 14mm thickness)aluminium panel,

Recieved an 1800x90 ( approximately 3mm thickness) paper thin panel priced at £90 on the website ( at a stated 5mm width )

Currently waiting to call customer services to report the issue and await a resolution, very disappointing as it stands as we waited several weeks for the screen only to Recieve the wrong one,

The screen is pretty much as we expected. There are holes to fix through so no need to drill.. Looking good thank you.

First time I’ve ordered from this company ordered two screens absolutely brilliant from start to finish said delivery in two weeks must’ve had in stock because they delivered within two days. Absolutely beautiful screens I’ve ordered couldn’t recommend this company more will definitely be buying from them again.

The luxury screen is absolutely beautiful, very well made, easy to install and has transformed our lounge.
Ordering was stress free the luxury screen came well within the time estimated we were kept well informed and the delivery guys were very pleasant.

Good support throgh design phase and i was kept informed on the situation.
Down side front main panel was slightly bent when unpacked.

Great customer service. I had several questions by email which were answered immediately. Screens arrived after just 2 weeks well ahead of the 6 to 8 weeks stated. Good quality and exact customised sizes. Absolutely love them. Didn’t give 5 stars as there are tiny white marks where guessing they were held in place during manufacturing. Not a big issue and would definitely use the company again.

Okay overall.
Some of the required bolts and two of the hinges were missing from the pack of components which meant that the fitter had to source his own bolts and come up with a work-around for the brackets, but the finished screen does look effective and quite classy.
