Without doubt there is always so many different pieces I want each time I jump on Lux!! For me, the pieces I've bought have always been of high quality and true to the pictures. I would suggest if purchasing something for a particular occasion that you allow a bit more time but definitely worthwhile wardrobe additions to have!

They stole $300 from me, not sending me anything, not replying to any of my numerous contact attempts. Its been 6 months since i placed an order. Useless and criminal. Lux Noire is a scam.

Love this brand! I ordered a beige, fuzzy coat. It came in with perfect timing. I even had some troubles with my order, but the Lux Noir team resolved it right away with no problems, no questions asked! Awesome brand to work with, and the trendiest clothes at an affordable price!

Love Lux! Especially their bathing suits - I have gotten billions of compliments asking me where their pieces are from because they are so unique!

There’s a lot of good things about this site! I love the overall style and vibe of the website.. they carry some very unique pieces and some very trendy pieces, quality is good most of the time and for the price?? It’s hard to beat! I sometimes don’t want to tell people where I bought my lux noire finds because I want to keep it my secret place before they blow up like fashion nova and I can never buy anything in my size anymore!! The only cons are; out of maybe 5? Purchases I received the wrong dress once and they forgot to ship out a skirt another time. And shipping takes forever. Other than that, amazing site! Keep the fire coming guys!

I’ve had an amazing experience shopping at lux noire, not only have my clothes arrived on time, they fit me well and look great! Love this and would recommend to everyone.

Although the shipping takes a few weeks, the quality of the clothing I have received has always been up to scratch & are some of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe; I love that I can find bits and pieces that no one I know owns, always happy to shop here !

Lux Noire has the cutest clothes at a cheap price. The downfall is that shipping can take a while and some of the products quality is very low. Overall I enjoy shopping with the brand!

Jeg bestilte to par bukser til 200kr stykket - efter 1-2 måneder ankommer de endelig, og er i den ringeste kvalitet + De er på ingen måde de bukser der var på billedet, jeg bestilte udfra.
Jeg kunne aldrig i mit liv finde på at anbefale denne hjemme side til nogen.

Det er kort og simpelt --> man ved simpelthen ikke hvad man får, når man bestiller noget på denne amatør og snyde hjemmeside! - det er decideret svindel.

Dreadful customer service. My daughter ordered two bikinis which took ages to come and they do not fit. Returns process requires us to email to get a returns code - have emailed twice and DM on Instagram but no reply. Now stuck with 2 expensive bikinis that don’t fit. She is a student and cannot afford to be £52 out of pocket. Lux Noire - do the right thing and get in touch please!

I have sent 4 emails and DMd Facebook, no replies. Scamming c*nts. I’ll be getting my money back through a bank dispute, what a waste of time and money!!! Get the same bad quality fast fashion on Amazon, eBay, and many other online boutiques. Don’t give these people your money, it’s all sweatshop labor poor quality anyway, that’s why it’s so cheap.

Horrible experience, even worst clothes. had to wait a month for a sweater and it wasnt even the same colors that it was in the picture... was supposed to be orange and turquoise.. i got red and turquoise. not cute. so disappointed. DO NOT BUY from this wack "brand".

They suck , ordered two dresses never sent them.no tracking number no recipients . Emailed several times and received no email back .DONT BUY FROM THEM!! If I could give them negative stars I would .

I ordered a shirt from this website, and while it did take about a month and a half to come, I am really happy with it! I will definitely be ordering from this site again!

it took so long to come in and when my pants came in it looked completely different from what the pictures looked like. also the sizing is so off. i did the size chart and it said i was a small but then once my pants go here i put them on and they ripped. also the fabric they use feels cheep. if you do order from this website at least get a size bigger but i don't recommend ordering.
