Do not order from this company!! If you want to waste your money then I suggest just throwing it out of a moving cars window. Cheap quality and doesn’t look anything like the picture! Also it’s from a foreign country so don’t expect a refund. And will take 6 weeks to receive it! 6 weeks of waiting for sheer disappointment!!

Quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with, I am sure this is verging on fraud and theft. It has been weeks of being told my order had been escalated, then when i got offered a refund by the company customer services just stopped replying to me. Money down the pan, no clothes, no response from anyone at LN.
They are thieves be warned

Appalling. It has been 3 months since I have placed my order and I am still waiting for 3 items to arrive!
Not only have the clothes they sent me been made VERY POORLY, they don't even look like the photos and the sizing is totally wrong.
Despite repeatedly asking to cancel my order I have been informed it's not possible because "my order is being processed" yet no one is able to tell me how long it will take to receive the items I have purchased. Of the clothes that have arrived, I am not allowed a full refund on the bodysuit (despite the seams not matching up and it not being the size that I ordered) they have only offered me a 20%.
I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have had with any online brand AND I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Hideous experience and customer service - ordered an item on 4th January 2019 - on 29th January I sent the company a facebook message as they had already ignored my email. This was responded to with a basic reply saying 'it's been shipped'. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so then contacted them on 4th February to be told basically the same thing again. I've not received my parcel and have had to file a claim with my bank for the order. Will never use again.

I was like many other customers who thought this may have been a scam since my order was not received right away, but since I did in fact receive my order, I thought I’d give a heads up that this company is legit. The only thing is it took extremely long shipping from China.. so If you hate waiting a long time or need item immediately do not order from this company.. On the plus side I love the dress I received although the color is not as bright as dress that was pictured!

DO NOT waste your time and spend your money with these people. I ordered a puffer coat on january 24, 2019, its now february 10, 2019. 5 days ago i was told my iten was sent to shipper and i should be receiving tracking numbers which i never received. Okay 3 days after that i was told that my iten wasnt fufilled yet because of an delay. I asked for a refund and to cancel and they told me they couldnt. Ivee been asking for a refund all week because this is straight bs and not what i spent t money for. They have yet to respond but im going through my bank to dispute this transaction that way i know for a fact i will get my money back. This website is a SCAM.

I will NOT be shopping with this company ever again. I shop online a lot, and I can tell you that this is not the company that anyone should do business with. Reasons being, they shipped out the wrong order. I do understand that mistakes are made, but it's the recovery [with them] that I have a problem with. The company refused to take accountably for their mistake through acknowledgment and offering free return shipping to return item for refund. I even attached a picture for them to see that I had received the wrong item, and they still refused to simply make an apology and rectify the issue. They had first offered me a 20% return on a refund and after multiple back-and-forth emails, they did offer a full refund but still refused free shipping for a mistake they made. In my eyes that robbed me of the deal that I had taken advantage of in buying item. If you add purchase cost and 2 shipping fees, there was no deal. And not to mention being inconvenienced of my time with emails, being made to go to a post office and now writing this review. PLEASE, save your time an money. Beside, the dress I had received was bad quality at that. Which is why I did NOT request a replacement item for the correct order. Thank you.

Finally received my parcel after 3 weeks and no reply from their customer service. Item arrived from China, nothing like the product I thought I was ordered and totally see-through. NEVER AGAIN.

If you are from the UK I would avoid as the product I received was see through and to get a refund you have to post it back which costs over £10!!

I had ordered off this site and after reading the reviews on here i was really worried that this was a scam and id never see my order or get my money back (i even tried cancelling it to get told it was too late) but i was honestly surprised at how quick my order arrived; just under two weeks, especially considering its coming from China and how easy it was to track my order throughout this process. Although it was only a belt I bought i think it was really decent quality for the money i paid and i dont see any issues with it so far. It might be a different story if it was an actual item of clothing I bought rather than just an accessory. I really dont think its a scam but i’d also suggest lowering your expectations when ordering as it’s obviously from a big fast fashion warehouse.

Very disappointed with this company. The coat I received didn't look at all like the picture on the website. I live in France, and the price to return the package is way higher than the price I pay for the coat. This is actually a joke. I feel very cheating and I will never buy another thing from this brand.

Very cheap shabby product. I wanted to return my item but its ridiculous how they do it. you pay return shipping plus a restocking fee. Learnt my lesson, only shop at respectable online stores. If you read reviews before shopping. Beware.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER. This website is complete scam, as long as they make their money they don’t care if you receive your items or not. They just bs you wrong information to get you to think everything is going normal with your shipping and then you never receive your item. They don’t even send you updated or alerts when something goes wrong with your package, can you imagine. They told me they didn’t know the whereabouts of my packages then few min later said that they had recovered the whereabouts of the package and to just give them a couple days to send me updated of the shipping and I gave them a week but didn’t hear from anyone from them, so then I emailed them asking for updated for my items and they said the same thing... that’s “they don’t know the whereabouts of the package and it had been misplaced” ....... AGAIN.... lol imagine believing someone that tells you your package was misplaced then found then misplaced again.... imagine how much longer they would’ve lied to me about the package and it’s whereabouts and when is be receiving it. By the way I waited a month for it and still didn’t receive. This was the most terrible experience ever and they were no help what so ever! I recommend this site to nobody unless you like dealing it your purchases going missing and not hearing from them. Big headache!

Only giving it two starts because after it FINALLY came the product looked pretty good. Besides that, it took the package about a month to arrive when it said 1-2 weeks. When I emailed them about returning it because it was so late they never responded so terrible costumer service. Super disappointed- it was suppose to be my Halloween constume so I didn’t have one this year. Don’t recommend if your trying to get your package within a reasonable time

Honestly they don‘t even deserve 1 star. I have placed an order 2 months ago for an important event last month. The order tracking stopped and as I emailed the customer service they said that my order will arrive in 2 weeks... its been a month since my „expected delivery time“ This shopping brand is a COMPLETE JOKE. I have still not received anything from luxnoire. I don‘t reccomend it to anybody. Save your money!

I would like to leave a very positive review for the prompt and super efficient assistance I received. I wanted to cancell an order, I just changed my mind. I sent an email and after few minutes I got a reply by Ashley. She asked me the reason why I wanted to do it and arranged for it straight fterr. She told me to wait about 5 days for the cancellation and 10 working days for the refund.
Well, my order has been cancelled two days after and I have been refund after no more that 4 days... EXCELLENT ASSISTANCE. For sure they take good care of the clients. Regarding to the quality of the goods, I can say nothing so far

Do not buy off lux noir, they are a rip off with horrible quality. Copy designs off small business’s and steal photos as well! Do not recommend at all.

BUYERS BEWARE! They sell you cheap items that in no way resemble the products on the models they post. Then when you want to return those shoddy items they make you cover the entire cost of the shipping. They don’t even try and disguise the fact that the items come straight from China as they don’t bother repacking their items in their own brand before delivering it to your home.

Lux Noire is a poor excuse for a company. Save your money!

I ordered a dress a YEAR ago. I never get any email of shipping or tracking number. I tried to contact them a loooooot of times, customer service never give me a response nor instagram and facebook. Please DO NOT order from this FAKE SITE!! They will only steal your money and let you wait for ages til you forget about it! This is the most HORRIBLE SITE i ever ordered from!!!!

You can't find clothes like theirs in just any store, I'm obsessed and always will be <3
