Item never arrived. However was over xmas period so could've easily been lost. Contacted customer services and was dealt with quickly. Item was refunded and £5 voucher was given as compensation.

I bought the cookies and cream and the chocolate peanut butter protein bars, and they were absolutely delicious.

From what I remember I was shopping online and comparing prices of makeup brushes when I came across this site. I had never heard of it before but it offered the cheapest option of the buffing brush I was looking for (my face requires a lot of buffing). Having been taken for a mug by other unknown websites before, I looked up reviews and found them to be satisfactory so I ordered my decently priced brush.
Weeks passed and I had had no confirmation of shipping and it hadn't arrived. Fearing the worst, I emailed them in, would could be perceived as, a cold and short manner. They apologised and got another one sent to me straight away. I felt so mean about being rude to them and will definitely shop again (in a friendlier way) for all my buff face needs.

LuxeBC Ltd carries merchandise that is not otherewise easily available, especially not outside the USA. Service is fast with trackable delivery by reliable courier.

Order arrived quickly, no problems

Apparently the only company supplying Puffed Wheat in the UK. Orders have been handled promptly and the product well packed. There has been only one occasion when the product was out of stock.

I was very happy with the speed in which my products were delivered. Disappointed that I wanted 10 items @£3.79 on the internet but there were only 8 left to buy so the discount was reduced to £3.89. [One bottle is £3.99] I ordered the 8 and the transaction went through but in the 'real world' there were only 5 left in stock - still discounted @£3.89 The money was refunded and I was informed promptly.

Always great selection of products sometimes I can not buy on the high street. Fantastic quality products. Great savings. Promt delivery. Friendly staff, that are so helpful and I usually get a 10% discount card with each delivery.

I am a first time buyer off LuxeBC and couldn't find it more easier. The web page is easy to navigate and was able to find some products that we don't have in the UK. Initially received an e-mail to say some of the products that I chose are out of stock but was notified a couple of days later that they are back and were shipped to me straight away. Both delivery and transactions were swift and had no problems whatsoever. Got a voucher code as well for first buyer which was a nice touch and very welcomed :) All in all 5 stars and will br sure to check back for more stuff. Many thanks !
