I ordered the wrong item by mistake and there was no problem cancelling it and refunding the costs. I would recommend.

Second time using this company. No problems and delivery quicker than expected. Best price that I could find on the internet.

Never had any problem with LuxeBC: fluent ordering, good packaging, fast delivering (not the fastest though). However their prices are less competitive for a few months.

Excellent product, speedy delivery

The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is how long I had to wait for item to be delivered. In fairness it does state on the site how many working days it may take for an item to arrive and my item did arrive within that timescale - but only just.

Luxe BC offers products I need at competitive pricing and with reasonable delivery times.
Great quality Aloe Vera products, Flax Oil etc.
Have used them several times over the last 2 months and will continue to do so.

The item description is very good and it's easy to order an item. However, you can't track your order and an expected arrival date isn't given.

Ordered some mineral pigments, paid. A week later was emailed that they no longer stock product, discontinued, even though advertised on their website. Paid by paypal so refund took ages to clear.

I was very pleased with my recent order. Not only are LuxeBC one of the only stockists of particular health foods I like, they are also at reasonable prices. My order came quickly and packed well, protecting the product nicely.
I will definitely be reordering as the snapea crisps have been a hit at home and with my work colleagues.

I was looking for a product on Amazon but found it much cheaper on Luxe-BC. The first time I ordered I got a generous voucher which I used for the second order. Packaging was good and it arrived according to the delivery schedule. It was slower than Amazon might have been but this was stated at the time of purchase, it was much better value and in bulk in refill packs which is what I wanted. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery and everything ok

I have made numerous purchases from Luxe BC and I cannot fault my experience. There offer a fantastic selection of products, all at good price plus delivery is quick and inexpensive. I would certainly recommend the company.

I have used this company for several years an I cannot praise this them highly enough. Not only do they provide a wide range of products at highly competitive prices, but when I made an error in my order they dealt with it in relaxed manner and covered the cost themselves - even thought the fault was mine.

My experience from making regular orders for hops flower capsules is slow delivery times, always over a week, usually more than 2 weeks.
It didn't help that my last order was lost in the post(not their fault), I wasn't expecting a fast delivery so didn't complain until 2 weeks had gone by. Good customer service in quickly creating a replacement order for me which was sent with no fuss and slightly quicker than usual.

Not sure if they order these from America when I order from them but it feels like it. The fact that their order confirmation email states that they are working to improve order processing and despatch times show that they know there is a problem.

Excellent service ! I was kept advised regarding the progress of my order from Inception to fulfillment. The items I ordered were out of stock and I was offered a very acceptable range of options. I opted to wait for the goods to come back into stock , with clear timescales for likely delivery. The revised delivery period was realistic and in fact my order was delivered ahead of time . Result .. Very happy first time customer !

My product didn't arrive, but they did give me a refund and an offer of 10% of another order, I'll probably try somewhere else first though.
