I stumbled across Lucy Lou’s Boutique by accident in August when a live popped up on Facebook, and my goodness I’m well and truly hooked, I can’t wait for the live’s every week, and I’m absolutely loving all the newness! Excellent mum daughter business . Love the whatching the life’s only visted the shop once in Southport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bought loads on line my wardrobe is full of Lucy Lou clothes. Very good quality and price . Delivery is fast . Would highly recommend them

I stumbled on this company by chance online when Lucy and her mum were hosting a live feed.
It has been a joy to shop with them. Everything I have bought has been excellent quality and has arrived on time.
I have also been lucky enough to buy some of their bundles recently which have been excellent value.
I cannot recommend this family company enough and hope to visit their Southport shop very soon.

Lovely shop.and clothes that suits most styles and ages. Online shopping is easy theres plenty of choices to help you look.wonderful at any age. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Emails answerd immediately . Very good delivery for same costs as other retailers. Lets support these wonderful local businesses as there are no decent ladies wear on the high street!

I used to love shopping at Lucy Lou’s, however the clothing has gone so expensive. I love the styles but the quality just does not justify the price.

I enjoyed watching the live videos however I can longer watch them as they have become the Lucy show! Her poor mum does not get the chance to speak without being interrupted and corrected. It comes across it’s her shop and nothing to do with her mum and as a woman of a more mature age myself it is frustrating to watch .

What a gem this boutique is. Ordered many outfits. All the clothes have landed on time. If there is an item that is out of stock and they get it back in they send a message to let you know. Yes I would recommend having a look.

A lovely online company that has good quality clothing. I have purchased a number of items and have been very happy with goods received. Easy returns and excellent customer service. I was recently sent the wrong pair of jeans I spoke with Dianne in customer services who dealt with the return refund of postage and dispatch of the correct jeans in the most polite friendly and professional manner. The turnover of staff is huge and says a lot about the owner and how she treats the girls. They hire very young (vulnerable) girls to ensure they can pay them a little as humanly possible , and also that Lucy can speak to them how she does as she is jealous of them truly and get away with it as an adult would never allow this.
Multiple instances of bulling, from Lucy to Staff and from older staff to the younger ones.

Young and vulnerable girls being taken advantage of.

Companies like this won’t last long, tax avoidance, bullying and lack of awareness always show up eventually.

Ordered dress from.the website. Phoned shop and staff explained the proper sizes that would fit.me being larger lady. Paid over phone. Revieved item yesterday. Absolutely beautiful . Size colour and quality. Great information about.postage and tracking of parcel. Fabulous service from all staff. I am mow awaiting another few beautiful items arriving g today. I visited the Southport store today and the staff where lovely. I bought five dresses 2 trousers and a top. I can't wait to wear them for my holiday. I could of bought so much more they had loads of lovely stuff
