I ordered 2 pairs of earrings from Lucky Eleven but when my order came, one of the pairs was out of stock. There was a note to advise along with an additional pair by way of apology. I really wanted the Estella Hoops and have had wonderful communication with Bethan whilst waiting for them to come back into stock. Genuinely feel like I’ve made a friend. It took a little while to get them but throughout the delay, Bethan was absolutely fantastic. Kept me up to date and made me feel like a valued customer. Delays can happen but it’s all about the resolution and communication and Bethan was five star! Now to the jewellery it’s truly lovely and I’m really happy with my choices. Honestly can’t recommend the jewellery and service more. Thank you, Bethan - you were wonderful.

Ordered earrings on the 23rd June, received a confirmation email & read on the website they ship within 3 days. Had absolutely no communication since with the exception of a reply to me asking where my order was as it was for a holiday, told it was shipped & would be delivered soon that was on the 1st July, so 1 week ago, still no order & still no further communication despite me goinf back again to ask for a tracking number.

Love this jewellery! Originally bought for holiday so I could just wear 24/7. Lasted through the suncream, sand, water etc and still looks perfect. I now have a few different pieces and love them all. Quality is fab and always quick delivery

I purchased a micro Huggy clip loop ear ring for my helix piercing, the size is absolutely perfect and they came in choice of colours which is fantastic.
