Ordered 31/7 marked as 'label printed' 4/8 but I never received. I've emailed countless times to chase, my last being a response that it was resent 5 days ago. I'm bored of waiting and I'm bored of chasing £68 spent 23 days ago with the promise of dispatch within 3 days of ordering.

Earrings are lovely! My piercings can sometimes get uncomfortable with some hoops and my ears have been very happy with these! No irritation at all and lots of lovely compliments. They also arrived very quickly after I ordered. Great customer service.

Fabulous styles which do not tarnish!! Iv got 7 ear piercings and have made 2 large purchases to mix and match my jewellery. Lovely brand xxx returning customer

I have bought 6 pairs of earrings and love them all. I have huggies, hoops and a pair with dangly adornments. I sleep in them, shower in them, perfect. Stones stay in, nothing fades or varnishes. I've ordered twice and both times the packages arrived quickly. I have one ear pierced 7 times and the other side 10 times, so I'm wearing these all at once and they're still sitting beautifully and comfortably.

My order arrived not as expected and emailed Bethan who rectified the problem immediately and also offered a wee gift to compensate. She was helpful and professional. Jewellery is lovely and quirky which we love! Thanks for excellent service.

They arrived really quickly, nicely packaged and lovely message inside.. It's the little things that makes it even more special

Super beautiful earrings! Literally already got so many compliments on them and have only worn them for a few days. Fast postage and perfect quality.

So pleased with my earrings from Lucky Eleven, They are very pretty & I love the huggie closure & detail. They were packaged nicely with a hand written thank you note! Small touches that make the purchase feel special. Will most definitely be purchasing more pieces.

Shipping it very fast to the UK and the items online are easy to view and the designs are so cute! Not had my delivery yet but this is because Royal mail is now 100% reliable in my area but thats the courier not the company so no grudge to lucky eleven

The jewellery is lovely and the quality is excellent. I also appreciate that this is a small business and I'm happy to support independent brands. However, the delivery times are extremely slow, which many other customers have also mentioned. Communication could also be vastly improved, particularly when items are out of stock/ on back order.

My second order arrived within two weeks, but my first order, placed on 9 July 2026, wasn't dispatched until 3 August 2026. The dispatch times advertised on the website are very misleading and don't reflect the actual experience.

I wouldn't recommend ordering if you are buying a gift or need your purchase by a specific date, as the delivery times are unreliable despite what is stated on the website. With clearer communication and more realistic dispatch estimates, the overall customer experience would be much better.

Shipping was really quick. Both pairs of earrings are delicate and pretty. Received a lovely handwritten note too.

Very happy with my purchase. Was in the market for earrings I could comfortably sleep in, so many colours and styles to choose from! delivery was quick and the packaging is so lovely with a personalised thank you card!

Received my order within a few days. Lovely packaging. Lovely earrings, very comfortable on my ears, as it is a struggle for me to find a good pair of hoops that wouldn’t cause me painful ears. Can tell it’s a quality jewellery, wert well made. Happy with my order.

Edit: I have now received my order and although the delivery took a while. The quality of the pieces and the presentation is great.

Ordered on the 6th July, after chasing my order initially I was told that as a Mystery Box contains personalised items it would take 14 business days (It does not say this on the delivery information).

However after waiting 15 business days, I emailed again on the 24th and got no reply, chased again today (27th) requesting refund.

Gorgeous selection of earrings with changeable charms it took me a while to decide and I love every piece. I will definitely be ordering again!

Smooth ordering process and delivery arrived within 4 days packed lovely. I bought two sets of hoops and I’m happy with both (which is rare as I can only wear earrings I find very comfortable). Both sets were as pictured on website and feel really nice quality. I would purchase from this website again. ☺️
